Customer service is terrible! They never respond to emails. No comfort for the customer and worst of all they don’t meet deadlines. Just a huge waste of time and money. Legit have better and similar items on eBay.

This company has extremely poor customer service.
I ordered on 12/5, with multiple disclaimers on the site assuring me the gifts would arrive before Christmas. I received zero updates on my order, no shipping information. On 12/15 I emailed asking for an update. I got a reply saying “You will receive an automated email with tracking information once your order ships.”
Gives me zero information on the status of the order. Has it been packed, is there a delay, can I still expect it in time for Christmas? I replied asking for more information and received zero responses. I have emailed 3 times since 12/15. I have commented on their social media, and DM’d the account, only to be ignored.
I can absolutely accept a Christmas rush, a delay in shipping, needing to wait longer for the items I fell in love with on their site.
But with no interactions, no responses on what is going on, I can’t support the business. Being left in the dark shows how the business operates, regardless of their products.
Disappointed
Items not shipped as described, disappointing. Would not have purchased if they could not ship as advertised.

Keep scrolling past Mexistuff
I ordered November 23 and it is now December 24. I have emailed twice with no response. It was implied that my 3 items would arrive by Christmas but that's not going to happen. Zero communication from Mexistuff! I will be telling everyone I know to keep scrolling when they see this "store" online. I did received an email asking me to review the products that I haven't received.
Sad Christmas
Preordered a product for a Christmas present on 11/4. The website said that preorders would be fulfilled at the end of November... December 17th rolls around and still no shipping notification. Filled out a contact form and 5 days later get a message that the product sold out and even though I preordered (and they took my money), I didn't get one. Also they did not let me know that I was no longer getting the product. They are offering me a refund, but it makes me wonder if they ever would have told me if I hadn't reached out. Now it's 3 days before Christmas and I'm SOL on getting anything shipped in time for Christmas.
Shipping time is about 4-6 weeks from order date, at least. Really great quality!
I originally gave them 1 star because of the shipping times. I'll give them 4 stars now because I received my order and the quality of the products is really great! I love each item so much! And I am so thrilled to support a Mexican owned company. I'll take one star off because the promise of shipping time is not accurate. If you'd like to order from them, do it 4-6 weeks from when you need to receive the items.

Not what is advertised. The gift box for the pantuflas was the selling point for me, but they just threw them in a bag. Also, the coffee mug is a straight rip off, not worth the fifty plus dollars that I spent.
I love your designs
I love your designs. I order first a tumbler, loved it . So I put in a $344. 70 pre-order in Aug 2025. It arrived Dec. so excited, before I wrapped I examined the Bordado suitcase . So disappointed it has a crack on one of the edges. I would like a refund , because if in shipping it cracked. There’s no way it would survive an airplane trip.

Your customer service is inadequate. I order a Christmas gift in Nov and filed a claim and as of this date 12/18/25 I have not received my replacement. Be careful with this service.
