Wrong Name; No Help
I received the wrong name on two hats I ordered. When I filed a claim it was approved for running it again. So now I have 2 wrong orders with 4 wrong hats. Wrong name: Wilson should read Correct name: Medrano. I've sent 15 emails trying to get this issue corrected.

I agree with all the other awful reviews, I think this is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, my order was over three weeks ago and when I complained I was asked to register on their claims website, which has a very poorly coded html page saying it is not available. I'm trying to recover my money and have no hope of getting it or my goods, please steer clear.
