Saw the add on Facebook, I thought cool, I visited their site, picked a hat color. I ordered it and in no time it was on it's way. My new hat with family name is just what I wanted. I'm more than happy,

The hat arrived in a short time and it proved to be made out of excellent material. I have gotten a lot of positive feedback from people I have encountered so far.

This company is absolutley terrible! Ordered and paid for product on June 4,2020. Nearly 6 weeks later I've asked for several updates and there using all kinds of excuses. The most recent request for a update on my paid order resulted in a email stating your product has shipped. I've checked the tracking number 4 times over two days and the same result, sorry no information about this tracking number! I don't believe that's it shipped for one second. They created a shipping label and that allows them to intentionally lie to there customers. I will never recommend this company nor ever buy from again.. I will never order another thing of of FB either!

The cap that I bought for my husband from mfamilybox is very very nice and I really liked it, it is very good quality and my husband really liked it too.

I ordered a hat of our last name and I ordered a shirt of my dad’s first name for Father’s Day gift and it did not arrived I ordered this on May 30, 2020 I’m trying to get a hold of them but I do not get a real person but yet they want me to refer friends

ordered a hat , realized they had included the model name hat with the name I ordered. Got it touch immediately ( within 2 minutes) . Could not reach a real person - checked box that I wanted to modify my order - never heard from anyone and yet I got e-mails within 15 minutes urging me to order other things.
Would never order again.
Also saw another set of reviews that were all negative - what happened to those? Tried to reach website again - said; it had been taken down.

I've ordered two shirts from this company those shirts were great good quality never had a problem with shipping it came to me pretty fast say it's good company you guys must be ordering from the wrong company or something cuz I've never had a problem with him

I placed my order on April 18,2020 and have yet to receive my order and when I try to inquire about the status it constantly says it is in processing. How long does it take to make a shirt and you can't talk to a live representative and then today I get a message saying that my order could not be processed but they said nothing about refunding my money. This is the worst ordering experience I have ever had. I will not recommend anyone ordering from this company if you would like to get your merchandise in this century.

I ordered 2 items over a month ago, after 4 weeks I received one item , I have sent numerous e mails and have not heard back, I would never purchase anything from them.

It took awhile to get here due to current covid 19 conditions. The hat looks great and good quality.
