I have encountered for the withdraw problem also. First time heard that want withdraw the money must transfer USD15k to them first then can do the withdraw. Is it a scam?

Do not fall for this scam. It cost me a lot with no reply from them.

If re cou pcart had not stepped in after getting on line, my money would have gone forever. Beware.

Before you part with your hard earned life savings please consider;
why are all the gushing reviews on the company posted in the last 3 months?
has anyone actually stated that they successfully laid hands on their spectacular returns, or on any returns (Not that I can see)?
Why do they appear on the UK financial service authority warning list of firms unauthorised to operate in the UK?
Were you cold called or messaged with an opportunity that is too good to be true? If so perhaps is is too good to be true..?
Do you feel pressure of unmissable opportunity to part with your hard-earned life savings?
Have you read the one star reviews on this site and others - do so NOW!
OH I need to put a review bit - very smooth very charming very persuasive unsolicited contact to 79 year old - confidence building transfer of few hundred pounds via bank card, then few days later claim that a few hundred quid had already made 25% with documents seeming to support this (money still pending transfer when this claim made!) - and need to go to the bank and make a transfer of £thousands (fortunately stopped by the bank) with aim of securing future of grandchildren...
And they collected personal data such as utility bill copy, copy of photo ID, number on back of bank card, not all needed for funds transfer, but could be useful for other purposes. And tried to help install their app on phone.
PLEASE BE CAREFUL!

Scam!!!! And all the 5 stars reviews are fake.
This company is a clone which means they are using official name of mgm global and have a good looking website when on reality their identity is hidden and all these people are doggy from different foreign countries. I’ve lost €1300 which doesn’t seem a lot on comparison with other people but it’s a lot of money for us anyway. Tried to get it back but couldn’t and I won’t coz they don’t exist and are not regulated. The only thing left is if you try to get money back try via the bank you used and if not successful go to Financial Ombudsman.
Please don’t fall for their lies!!!!!

FRAUD!!!!!! you will never see your money back again!!!!!! don't trust them!!!! they are all fake

I have "invested" 2500 Euro with them and the moment I asked for the first withdrawal they have stopped any kind of communication. Also I see more and more reviews online that they are SCAMMERS. It is very sad to realize that these people swindle innocent people out of their savings!!!!! With hindsight I should have been more careful. There were red flags everywhere:
- their phone numbers on the website does not work
- their review are clearly not from customers (Austrians review in perfect English!! All Reviews are similar?)
- I only saw later that my money went to tax havens like Cyprus
I wish I had seen this ealier. Whoever reads this, please dont send them any money. I will now go to the police and report this crime.

this company is BOGUS and defraud innocent people. they will have your wire money to all kind of places where you can't get your money back, their software is BOGUS and pretending to make 1000% returns is also BOGUS. the moment you request withdrawals they go dark and move to the next victim !!!! don't fall for such obvious SCAMS.

ask yourself: 99% 5 star reviews???????????? don't fall for them. You will never see your money again!!!!!!!!!

Scam company harrassing me and calling from a UK landline claiming I signed up for crypto trading, when I asked them to delete my number they started talking over me, harassing me and threatening me that I will receive 5 calls a day and my data will be passed on to other companies

Do not trust MGM Global 1st they start with a low investment of £250 and within 2 weeks it looks good. So the broker a John Robin pressurise you to go to a next level of investment. I PUT IN £3000 This after 2 weeks became £19000 then there was pressure to invest more which I could not arrange quick enough. I was handed over to a Jacob Klien and he said if I cannot put another £2000.00 within 72hours then my account will be suspended. Which I couldn't do. I asked for £600 for a flight to South africa to get the funds. I was told I would not get a penny. So they locked me out of my account so I cannot contact them as my acc is suspended. I cannot contact them in any way now.
It is a scam so I warn any one. Look at the other reviews that are glowing as the all were written in 2 days. They are presumed to be fake or they had not tried to make a withdrawal. Please take care.

People this is not true this is fraud i’ve lost over €3000 and now i cannot call them or email them nothing. Don’t let them trick you. 😓

Is this company genuine? Does it really exist? I can’t contact them on the telephone number they are advertising neither can i send an email on their support line.
