Head Office took my order for fence posts, and said I would get a call from branch to arrange delivery.. this call never happened because the local depot never got my order..
However when I called the local depot they were very helpful and were going to rearrange the whole afternoons orders to fit me in that day. As it happens I was not in a rush and said they could deliver the next morning.. I was the first delivery! Thanks for great customer service at branch.

Good and efficient service, identified that products listed online weren't available so called to arrange suitable substitutes. Delivery was made in suitable vehicle for site (access is poor) and driver was very helpful.

Ordered Monday morning, delivered Tuesday at 10h30. Great service. Ta.

First time using MGM and ordered several hundred pounds worth of framing, OSB3 and cladding. Order confirmed the same day with a substitute cladding (excellent) and delivered next day by very helpful driver. Quality of everything, materials and service, was exemplary from start to finish! Five stars all round!! and many thanks!

No contact within 1-2 working days as confirmation email advised there would be. I phoned the branch and Karen found out why and got back to me with a reasonable explanation (the branch did not have enough wood in stock to fulfil my order). She then sourced the extra from two other branches. All wood then delivered within 48 hours. What a character the delivery driver was, cheery, helpful and polite. The wood itself is of good quality at a very reasonable price. Although initial contact was lacking I still give them 5 stars because of the exemplary customer service.

Excellent service. Bought timber on line for C & C. They phoned back 3 minutes later to say lengths requested not in stock, but I could pick up same number of longer lengths for same price immediately. Impressed.

Very helpful team both in the Perth branch and on the phone. Delivery on time and wood professionally ofloaded onto our front drive. Wood is great quality and would definitely use MGM Timber again.

Great fast service. Only missed out on 5 stars as a handful of the fence slats (out of 75) came split.
