Our experience with MGT Commerce was extremely poor. For roughly three years we faced recurring OOM, MySQL, cron/indexing, Nginx, PHP-FPM and Magento stability issues that were never permanently resolved. During our later review we also found an AWS DLM setup associated with MGT that had generated 353 AMIs, while 712 EBS snapshots were present, contributing to substantial AWS costs that are still being financially audited. The situation became critical during a malware incident when we had to disable checkout because the problem could not be resolved in time. What we consider especially serious is that MGT themselves then deactivated access/support to a service that, according to our records, was still paid and contractually in force, precisely at the moment of greatest operational crisis. We were effectively left without usable support when we needed it most. After moving to another hosting provider, the outstanding infrastructure and application issues were stabilised within about 24 hours. We have preserved the technical evidence and are now reviewing all available legal remedies.

Not good. Site was constantly going down. Only answer was some attack when they should have block that attack as security is included.

I'd highly recommend using MGT for your hosting requirements. Stefan and all his team are just so professional and are at the top of their game. I moved to mgt from my own dedicated server setup four years ago and I've not really had any server issues since. Whenever I've needed help with an upgrade or a change they reply often within minutes and carry out the work after hours if required. And of course my websites run fast and without issues year round. If you're thinking about working with them, just do it, it'll be one of your best decisions.

We have been using MGT-Commerce to host our Webshop for about 1.5 years now and I'm still surprised every time how quickly they respond to our support questions. They have also helped us on multiple occasions with migrations and server upgrades on super early mornings so it doesn't affect our customers. We are using their awesome Docker dev environment and Deploy pipeline as well. In combination with us not having to deal with hosting the site this really lets us focus on the fun stuff - developing features for our site.

We have used the company for the last few years. Brilliant fast service, exceptionally knowledgable. Great support even outside of office hours. I felt compelled to leave this review after reading what others have put, I cannot recommend this company enough.

I used their managed hosting twice and both times I was completely satisfied with the service. The control panel, called “cloud panel” is nicely designed and super easy to use. Everyone on the support is really skilled and helpful.

Honestly, this company is great. Quick reactions, reliable, and knowledgeable.

We have been with MGT for about 2-3 years. They have WORLD CLASS support. Answers within minutes when an email is sent out, 24/7.
They have a sweet Cloud panel that makes it super easy to upgrade/downgrade the server on demand.
However, their solution is rater expensive. 149 € to MGT, then 400 € to Amazon for the actual server.

This is my third project working with MGT, and every time they keep impress me with the level of professionalism, quick support and their accuracy in solving issues. We all know that migrating infrastructure from one hosting company to another will always be challenging, and when we do infrastructure design changes while moving (to gain performance) will make it harder. We did the move, we faced some challenges, and MGT made that as smooth as possible. You get surprised when you request a change and you find the reply saying "Done" within minutes.
I highly recommend them to everybody who is using Magento and AWS.

In preparation for a website launch I needed a dev environment set up to my specifications quickly. No matter what time I emailed support they were able to answer my questions quickly and intelligently and both the production and the dev environment ran perfectly with Magento. The speed of the website is way better than any other hosting service, and Cloudpanel is easy to use to set up cron jobs or restart services. I would not go anywhere else to host a magento site other than mgt-commerce. Thanks guys

I purchase a € 199.00 service of this company yesterday. They give me wrong installation info of test site. I spend 10 hours to comminicaton on this. I want to refund, they said they installed magento, "it's not possible to get a refund. You got a full installation with all details. " "as mentioned before we can't refund it. Everything was done correct from our site." Only one day stupid service, I should pay a full month fee. This one or two people company is a cheater.

We have been with MGT for about 6 months, expecting loading speeds of 0.2s. Shortly after we noticed that this statement was erroneous. They came back to us and indicated its 0.2s to the first byte, loaded from the server, not what you would expect, a full website load. After the migration, we noticed a few errors that occurred on the migrated website and asked to roll back the site until the errors were fixed. After our request for a 2nd attempt, we were asked to pay one hour of support ( 150 EUR ) - even though we were not at fault of the errors. There initial response time on a new ticket is anywhere between 1 - 4 hours and in many cases, they came back with "that's outside of the scope of our support" - Even though we asked for light adjustments that have always been executed by other hosting companies. Avoid this company like the plague.

First of all, their setup is GREAT. We went from 2-4 seconds load time to 0.5. When adding their cache, we got to 0.2. But, the best part with mgt-commerce is their UNBELIEVABLE great support. They respond in minutes 24/7, and solve problems super efficient. Today, we had a problem with AWS (i.e not caused by mgt-commerce) and they jumped on it right away and helped us out. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

The email reminder module would not work for us, and the company refused to offer a refund for the purchase.

I bought review reminders from MGT-Commerce and the installation went just fine. After some time i noticed that the emails did not send to the customer so that they could review the product they bought. I asked for support, got a request for login data and i responded with the requested data. After this i never heard a thing. I asked if they already fixed the problem but no response. After this i contacted Paypal and requested a refund. After the claim was reviewed unfortunately because it is a software nothing could be done.

Again i contacted MGT-Commerce for a solution to the problem. I had removed the module form my system and wanted to download it again but they had blocked the link. So now i have paid 99,- euro's and have no extension and no support offered.

MGT-commerce seems a fraud company and i think i can say goodbye to my money.
