I recetly bought one extension from this company and at the time of installation, they decided to stop answering the emails. Even when they advertise 6 months of free support. They told that the extension works out of the box, but it needs code modifications to allow translations to different store views. And have not responsive design. I also saw that on their own website they delete negative reviews.

No Support for purchased products
We bought an extension for a magento module from this 'company' .
The extension was bought for an .net domain and hasn't been used yet as the website has come out of development just now but now has a .nl extension.
Same domain only .net to .nl
They are not willing to change the license for us so we currently purchased an module that has actually never been used in production.
This was clearly explained to them but they just stopped responding after the initial answer " you can just buy another license".
This company has shown its true colors... and if swiftly replying when they think their answer will sell another license.
