We just completed our first house purchase and are very grateful for the service provided by MGY. Becky helped us from the first viewing, through all of our questions to the owner and the difficulties of sorting the buying process. Nicky was very helpful during the legal phase of the transaction and with communication between solicitors. The support, knowledge and attentiveness was much better than we experienced with other agents in the process of other house purchases that fell through.

Great Estate agents to deal with,very professional service and from start to the completion of sale of my late father's family home I would highly recommend, special thanks to Nicky Griffith and kirstie Hetherton for all the updates and progress.

Just completed the sale of a buy to let flat (as sellers) through the Cardiff Bay office. We were really impressed with the service we received from the initial market appraisal visit (with Becky) who had very detailed knowledge of the local market. The sale particulars with lovely photos (and drone images) made the flat look great. We went live at the beginning of January and sold within a week, so cannot fault that!

Had a great experience buying my first property through MGY. Two points stand out

1) Becky who showed me round the property initially was great: clear and helpful with communication, and friendly throughout.

2) MGY was the only estate agent I connected with that didn't try to sign me up with an in-house mortgage advisor which I wouldn’t have wanted, and nor have they subsequently sent me multiple/ongoing marketing emails! Both of these made me feel at ease that I was getting a good service on my terms.
