My massage table shipped back to me inspected and fixed like a new.
Even the delivery day and time was spot on!

Not disappointed

As usual, products are of good quality and as described. They arrived well packaged and on time. Have used this company for different products for over 10 years and not disappointed so far.

Worst Company EVER

Worst Company EVER! DO not buy from them. If you don't like the product they say 30 day money back guarantee (YEAH RIGHT, WITH A 20% RESTOCKING FEE). THEY SEND PRODUCTS WITH CHEAP MATERIAL AND COULD GIVE A DAMN IF YOU'RE NOT HAPPY. DON'T EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Talk to KELLY, she runs your US division. Hopefully you fire her/him.

I ordered some cotton couch/chair face…

I ordered some cotton couch/chair face rest covers, and I am very pleased with them. They are soft and a large enough fit to go over my adjustable massage chair face rest without slipping off. They wash well and have not shrunk or gone rough and uncomfortable. They arrived quickly and in plenty of time for my work engagements.

I bought a massage table (3 section…

I bought a massage table (3 section Montclair) that had a small fault - but was of excellent quality. After troubleshooting the issue from a distance, and realising the fault couldn't be sorted from a distance,
Linny sorted out an exchange. I then decided to change the massage table to a different one as my circumstances changed. Linny sorted it out. The new massage table (Eve - 2 section) and new table top desk massager again are of excellent quality.

Both massage tables and new table top desk massagers are of good quality, sturdy, with comfortable tops. Linny's customer service has been brilliant.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Masters Massage Equipment.

Master Massage Table…

Massage Table was delivered fairly quickly, communication was very good. The table is excellent quality, and was easily set up. I also ordered face cradle covers which were buttery soft and very well made. The table is thermal top and as yet have not tried this function out yet so cannot comment. Would not hesitate to order from this company again.

After sales is terrible

I purchased a couch from these, it arrived in good time but the after sales has been awful. I’ve been trying to return it, all contact is via a WhatsApp message, they don’t reply to emails. It’s been ongoing since 12th October and still no return in sight.

Updating this review 27/10/24: Comtact has been made, a collection arranged for 29/10 and I’ve paid for another couch to be delivered. Hopefully this will be sorted this week - I will update accordingly.
