Feels like I've been scammed! part 2
This is a new review following a response by the company to my initial review. In response, as stated in my initial review I have the delivery notification from Royal Mail, however the problem is that the parcel was not actually delivered! This company can't be trusted. After 2 weeks I didn't receive the order, so I'd canceled it and now after a month I still waiting for refund. I'll never buy anything of this company.

Not a scam thankfully
I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite and it arrived within 7-8 days as expected through Royal Mail and it appears to be in excellent untouched condition. This seems to be a fairly professional and well-organised service, my only misgiving would be that it comes off as slightly dubious similar to some scams but it definitely isn't a scam given that I actually received what I paid for. I'm very impressed that the product came new and untouched despite it being a cheaper option

Product received but stressful experience
I received my Nintendo Switch OLED after 7 working days from order which is within the time frame given. The product is brand new and was packaged well. The product is a Chinese import as the box actually has 'Official product of Hong Kong' written on it which is completely fine as it works with no problems and a 3 pin plug was supplied with it so that's the reason for the longer shipping time.
The reason for 3 stars is the lack of communication which did cause me a bit of stress, especially when a number of reviewers mentioning about never receiving their product. I never received a tracking number so I tried emailing the company using the email address given on the website but it bounced back which didn't help.
Overall, I am happy with the product, it did arrive within the timeframe given and the price was much cheaper than anywhere else but I probably won't be ordering from here again due to the lack of communication and depending on what you buy, you could be spending a lot of money and not knowing where your product is causes stress.

Customer service number doesn't work and have had no response from email support for 2 weeks. I bought an ipad from Miagadet and the Royal Mail delivered it poking out of our inbox on a busy street (from the look of the proof of delivery picture). To be very honest. I ordered a Nintendo oled switch in zelda wrap. My bank and my mobile flagged this site up as a scam!. I panicked in every way possible.
The Nintendo switch came today 5 working days it took to come. Brand new and beautiful.
I did have a few issues with my account and not being able to follow the status of order which really worried me the most. It showed I didn't have an account or even placed an order. I had to trust the process. Which is the only reason I gave 4 stars
Thank you miagadget. My son is really happy with his switch. I had to replace as his old one broke, and so did his heart that day. You've really made my little one happy.
