Worth the wait
Despite promising delivery in 6 to 8 days, the order that I placed for a GoPro camera on 3rd December didn't arrive until 22nd December. However, the price was the cheapest available anywhere and the item was well packed and good quality. I'd have given 5 stars had the delivery not taken so long.

Invalid contact number and no email reply
I placed an order for a phone with Miagadeget (Order #MOR000060336) on 13 Dec. It was scheduled to be delivered in 6-8 working days but I still have not received it (still being processed). As I am going away for some time on New Year's Day, I tried to call them to find out if it can be delivered before I leave but the number was invalid. I also emailed them but got no reply. After reading so many negative reviews about this company, I started to doubt if they are a legitimate company. Hope they can get back to me soon to get this problem solved.

Yes it takes a little more time depending on where you are, but my Samsung A34 is amazing I am so glad I ordered from you guys, the telephone connection could be improved, overall the contact was through email which was great 24 hour response, 8/10 for me I would definitely order again :)

Awful, returned an item next day, 1 month later still no refund, currently asking bank for fraudulent money reclaim. Phone number on website doesn't work, doesn't return emails.

Read lots of negative reviews but reckon that most are related to delivery times. I assume people think that because they are a UK shop that stock is held in the uk. I have bought loads of stuff from China/Hk and know what to expect. It is pretty clear that they source stock from China and then ship it from the UK. My order was placed on a Monday, I got a confirmation email with order ID a few minutes later. I got tracking info on the Friday and it arrived the following Friday - so about 10days from order. Phone was completely brand new sealed and is perfect. The phone has a EU charger, so they also aupplied a UK charger and an Adapter. Can't fault themat all.

Excellent customer service from Mia Gadget
I don't normally write reviews but I feel Mia Gadget deserve a good write up for their excellent customer service.
I ordered a new tablet which, due to an unfortunate misunderstanding, got refused and returned.
The customer service team let me know when it had arrived with them and sent it back out for redelivery immediately.
Got the item today - pristine condition and well packaged, not to mention a darn sight cheaper than anywhere else, including Black Friday.

I typically don't write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my positive experience with Miagadget. I ordered an Xperia 5 V mobile phone on November 25th. Initially, I was hesitant due to the lower ratings on Trustpilot and the absence of PayPal payment options. However, Miagadget promptly responded to my inquiries via email, so I proceeded with payment using my bank card.
The very next day, they provided me with a DPD tracking number. There was a slight delay in tracking updates until yesterday, but today I received my parcel. The phone box arrived sealed, and I haven't opened it yet as it's intended as a gift for my wife, which I plan to present next week.

Device Warranty and Delivery Times
So firstly the device took over 10 days to be delivered with very very little communication from the seller.
However this is not the bad issue, the issue is that the Phone I purchased from them (OnePlus Nord 3) is a US version and not EU.
After speaking to OnePlus Support they have told me that I do not use any warranty and the phone will have limited functionality in the UK.
WHERE ON THEIR LISTING DOES IT MENTION ANY OF THIS????!!!!
...I can't wait for a generic response from Miagadget saying they take pride in their customer service and will investigate...no you won't , you don't give 2 flying farts
