Poor communication and a waste of money

Before I even start my rant, I just want to acknowledge that I know the seller will respond saying they are going to look into the issue as their customer service is really important. Bla bla bla. Ignore it!
Having bought from these and not actually received the item , and yet I'm still giving them a 1 star rating, should tell you everything you need to know
Prior to ordering from this firm I had a number of questions, one including how their warranty works on the OnePlus Nord 3 as I purchased it with the optional extra for an extra year.
I have asked them this several times and either get no response or a response in the middle of the night (at like 2am) that completely avoids the question I've asked. In fact I've still not received a proper answer and haven't heard from them once in the last 24 hours
HOWEVER this is not the issue.
I paid £20 for Rush shipping which dates 4 business days. TWENTY POUNDS!
That is alright a ludicrous amount for faster shipping however at the time of writing this , not only have I not received the item but Royal Mail have also said they haven't even received the parcel yet.
So why did I pay £20 for Rush shipping? No idea. I think I actually paid £20 for slower shipping!
Now... I know how this works. The seller will respond saying they are going to look into the issue as their customer service is really important. Bla bla bla. I want my £20 back for shipping.

This is a scam site
This is a scam site. Paid for 2 firesticks which never arrived. Royal Mail confirmed there was an issue with the delivery and the package was lost so the sender could make a claim. However, they failed to do so, would not refund me, and stopped replying to my messages.
UPDATE. I was not provided with an order number but the Royal Mail tracking number was FJ496281853GB. Royal Mail have confirmed the item was not delivered to me and have accepted responsibility but you have refused to lodge a claim or refund me. You have numerous emails from me with my contact details. In the process of claiming the money back via the bank, hopefully they close your accounts down soon.

SAMSUNG A34 5G PHONE
Hi when I opened the package the Samsung seals were broken an one of the replacement black seals had popped off too.
This was a poor start.
I contacted Samsung who informed me this phone was for the Singapore market ONLY! When I tried to use it the phone would not work. I could not accept or make calls.
I could not perform a hard reset either.
I have imaged the messages to prove the phone being Singapore use only with tracking apps that are compulsory from the Singapore government.
Overall very poor from Mia Gadget and it seems your trust pilot reviews confirm you have done this to other phone purchasers so wish I had taken the advice!
Not impressed you've wasted both mine and your time my money and put my security at risk.
The "open a ticket" system doesn't work and the phone contact number is bogus too.
Glad I paid using my Credit card.

Item never arrived and communication ceased
Bought a phone from them in September. They provided a tracking number, but only with the final-stage courier - not with the courier that is actually transporting the package (if it even exists) across the world (presumably).
One-and-a-half months later, has still not arrived. At first they made excuses about delivery delays. They did not offer to refund the amount, even after a month. Then they stopped responding.
I have a Mastercard chargeback dispute ongoing.
