Ordered a mobile phone. It arrived pretty quickly, so everything seemed fine. The phone was a gift for the missus and she decided she didn't like it. The phone has a 30 day return guarantee (which is not a guarantee but a legal obligation).
Trying to contact the company seems to be a nightmare. The ticket messaging system does not work. The two telephone numbers given on the website ( Company Phone: +44 07861 496166 and Customer service +44 1615071594) do not work. The former does not work and the second asks for an extension, but no extension is given on the website or the order confirmation. I have emailed a message asking for return information.
Until I receive a reply and refund, this will remain a one star review. Such a shame as the phone arrived so quickly. Updated to 4*.

My item arrived 12 days after ordering and arrived in good condition. The website stated 7 to 8 days from the date of dispatch. I contacted the company through the link on the website and received a reply the next day saying the delay maybe down to the courier.

This will be my final review of this scam of a company. from ordering on 23rd of September and paying them £82, all they have done is tell lie after lie as to why I haven't received the items I paid for and inconsistent lies at that. Fortunately, once I got to the 30-day mark, my bank was able to take my money from these fraudsters. I see from the reviews that some people do get the items they paid for but many don't so do yourself a favor, don't take the change!!!

Give this company a chance!
Ordered a Canon lens. List price is £720.00 some independent camera retailers sell for £590.00 ish.
Miagadget was £491.00!
So, I ordered and then read some really awful reviews and regretted my decision.
Unfortunately, DPD provide inaccurate information which led me to believe that the parcel was with them.
When it kept failing to be delivered, I got cold feet and contacted Miagadget.
To be fair, they replied quickly.
The lens has been delivered today. It's an authentic Canon lens and totally brand new.
Miagadget would benefit from publishing realistic delivery dates. It's taken just shy of 2 weeks, rather than the 6-8 days promised.
So, my advice is have faith. The price I've paid is so ridiculously low and two weeks isn't so long to wait!

Ordered a mobile phone from Miagadget a month ago, but still, there is no sign of it. I have made numerous contact with them, but every time they say wait a bit longer.
I requested to cancel my order, but again, they denied my request.
It is really like torture!!!
