We had a wonderful time on this tour of Miami Beach and the Everglades. The bus was large and roomy with nice seats and air conditioning. They also provided water. We made various stops so were able to walk around. One of the highlights was stopping in Wynwood to see the art walls. They provide a taped narration in various languages (if you don't speak English, you get headphones) and also play some cool music in between. The air boat in the Everglades was great fun. Jose the driver and Gus the guide were fun and professional. If you don't have a car available, this is a good way to see many things at a reasonable price. The best part was they pick you up and drop you off at your hotel. It doesn't get any better than that! We would recommend this tour to anyone.

I went on this tour Feb. 21st and thoroughly enjoyed it. It seemed like a real family business, that cared about the quality of our experience. The lunch stop in Little Havanna was great and we enjoyed the sandwiches and ice cream. The boat tour was equally good, although it was a cool day in the water. Would highly recommend this tour!

I loved the variety of stops. Both driver & guide were very informed the the history of each location.

Jim & Gus were an awesome duo which made this tour even better. They were very informative, attentive & friendly. I would highly recommend this tour to my family & friends when they visit Miami!!!!!

Interesting tour stops and information. Guides were friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to answer questions, you did not feel pushed.

Went on both the bus tour and boat tour. Our favorite was the bus tour boat ho hum. James the bus driver very knowledgeable whatever I asked him always a positive response. We would definitely recommend the bus tour to all our family and friends. I would go on another tour in the near future will have to see next time were on vacation.

This was my first time using Miami tours and I was not disappointed. It was easy to make plans on what I wanted to do. Once the tour started it was very informative, the tour guide was so pleasant and funny, he truly made everyone including myself feel comfortable and kept us all engaged. The tour routes were amazing, I learned a lot, I will definitely be using Miami tours on my next trip to Miami.

Got on the bus bus at the Marriott and the tour was good overall - got a good overview of Miami and learned about some of the history. After the bus tour, we were dropped aff at the pier. Had to stand in line to get boat tickets (they were prepaid but you had to stand in line anyway). The boat tour was very short. On the outbound piece, we learned who loved in all the homes, on the inbound ride, there was really nothing left as we covered everything on the outbound ride. Very short boat tour, literally went a few miles, turned around and returned.

Good overall but would skip the boat tour.

They really need public transportation to be updated and a control on all night clubs to be permotted if they are visiting from other places. Other than this amazing ... 100 mile sea shore was the best beach I've ever seen

We got picked up a bit late. We we're waiting outside our hotel for about 10 minutes for the bus. We also got picked up late from bayside market and it was raining so we were getting wet.

Our trip to Key West was enjoyable, the bus picked us up at our hotel on time, during the trip our host was very informative, the only negative was that my husband was disappointed that we were unable to stop on the bridge to get a decent photo. Apart from that we can't fault the company they were excellent

I booked this tour for my family strictly on the reviews I read and they were on point. The ride was comfortable and the customer service was excellent from booking to the end of the road. We will definitely book another tour.

miami tour was a great day. We got a real feel for the whole city including the varied cultures plus a boat trip to view the houses of the rich and famous. I'd highly recommend Miami Tour Company. We also did the Everglades trip, again offering us a different Florida experience.

I wish I could write more, but in a nutshell, we had a lot of fun and I definitely recommend this tour company to anyone.
