We did the Miami tour + everglades package and it was exceptional! The bus was clean, driver is super knowledgeable and friendly, allowed enough stops and breaks in between and so much more. An amazing value and would have paid more for this!

The bus tour was excellent; the boat trip was okay. The speaker on the boat spoke too fast and was difficult to understand. We were able to see many things we would have missed on our own. They were on time and picked us up in front of our motel. Very nice coach. Lots of visibility and clean.

Took the ' Day trip to Key West' tour from Miami . This gave us 6 hours in
Key West which was fine. However the Coach provided was extremely
uncomfortable and not of an acceptable standard in view of the 7-8 hours
travel time. The coach was also 100% full and our enjoyment was further
compromised by being surrounded by a group of teenagers who for the
most part misbehaved throughout - particularly on the return journey.
We also took the 'Original Miami Tour' which was in fact excellent.

Professional, reliable, this is the best description to Miami Tour Company!! Will be my only choice tour company in Miami

Being from the Northwest, we vacation in South Florida every thirty years or so. I wanted a comprehensive tour of the area. Miami Tour Company exceeded our expectations. Derek was the best tour guide ever. He kept us laughing with his natural wit and charming personality.

The office staff were very helpful when answering questions about the tour. I couldn't access the senior discount online. The office responded to my e-mail within a few minutes with a credit to my account.

The only way to get the most complete enjoyment of the city of Florida. We have taken many tours on vacations in our travels and this was the most enjoyable. Our tour guide Jim is just perfect, very knowledgeable and shared very interesting facts along our tour.

I visited miami for the first time in late april of 2014. I was in south beach but wanted to see more then just the beach. I saw trip advisor recommended the miami tour company. I'm so glad they did. I booked a trip to see the sights of miami and go see the eveglades. It was awesome. The tour guide was funny and informative. The miami tour company does not rush the tour. They allow you time to soak up the sights. When i go back to miami (soon) i will book another tour with the miami tour company. The best

Cindy and I had taken both tours last March, 2013 and were very pleased. Then with my mother-in-law and son in tow in May 2014, we repeated the same two tours. The bus tour was very good. However, the boat tour was very disappointing as the annotation was very sparse (I would say less than 20% of the previous trip) and the narrator was very difficult to understand. The trip did not go down cruise ship mooring passage.

The driver was very good and polite, conversant with the areas even tried to explain and elaborate more after the tape in the bus. Beautiful, quiet and peaceful drive, I never wanted to get out when it was time, I loved it , will definitely recommend to anyone I know!

We went on a vaccation, and were looking forward to our experiences during the trips we had planned with Miami Tour Company. But we had never belived what we were supposed to experience. Something went wrong when I were making a reservation for our trip to Disney World, but Michelle at Miami Tour Company, just change our reservation to another day, what a service. And futher more the driver who was driving us to the individual pars at Disney World, he spent some of his sparetime driving us from Hollywood Studios so we didn't have to go by bus and boat to get back to Magic Kingdom.
The only bad thing there is to say, is that the souveniershop and restaurant at the Gator Park were closed during our visit at the place. It was a real shame, but our overall experience with Miami Tour Company is five stars worth..:).
You should use this company if you ever go to Miami, Everglades, Orlando or Key West, they are simply the best.. :)

I booked the tour online hoping to be blown away but I was a little disappointed. The tour was guided by a very fun and upbeat driver, I forgot his name... but he was very fun. The tour was not worth 54 USD, which in fact cost me 61 cad. We were unable to make a stop to see Versace Mansion, we did not stop at the market place either. I invited a few friends on the tour and they were also disappointed. At the end of it all I was able to learn about Miami and the tour guide was lots of fun.

we took 2 tours with the Miami tour company - a half day tour around Miami and a day trip to Key West. Both went well and without a hitch. The only reason i scored 4 stars instead of 5 was that in both tours, info about stops and comfort breaks would have been nice to know before the trip. on the city tour, advance info on the lunch stop area would have been nice. on the key west tour, we stopped at a maccas in the morning but went straight back at night. info like that would have been handy in planning our day better, that's all.

We have taken almost all of tours in Miami with Miami Tour and enjoyed fully each of them. They are all definitely worth it. Miami Tour consists of a great team members. Our drivers were so good at taking care of their customers and very well-informed about the area they're responsible for.

the best option is you have only a short time and without a rental car or don't know where to go.

I recommend going on this tour!! It was interesting and fun :)

We liked absolutely everything!

My wife and I enjoyed our 4 hour tour of Miami sights. I wanted a tour that wasn't too long or too short. Miami Tours was just what we were looking for. Picked up and returned to our hotel was also good. The ride was comfortable in air-conditioned bus and the tour guide was good. The only minor change I would like to see is the lunch break which was 40 minutes which wasn't enough time. A box lunch at a picnic area would have been nice. Something should be done with that lunch break and then the tour would have been perfect.

Our tour guide was very friendly and Everglades was an awesome experience.

We enjoyed visiting the Everglades (even with a light shower). But there was only one restaurant at that site and we really didn't have time for lunch. Next, we were dropped downtown for the second boat trip around Miami and Miami Beach. Again, no time for lunch. At the end of this trip, however, we were told that we'd have to wait over 90 minutes for another driver to return us to our hotels (ours was in Miami Beach). Yes, at 4PM we would have had time for "lunch," but now it was approaching dinner. We were tired and didn't need to stroll around the shops for over 90 minutes, so we took a cab back to our hotel. I trhin you should have allowed time for lunch (on own) in the downton area where a number of restaurants/fast food places were. Then, had the tour take the next boat tour (3:30 or 4:00 I believe). At the end of that tour, bring them back to their hotels. I spent much of my career as a meeting planner. That's how I would have scheduled it. Mark Jorgensen, Anaheim Hills, CA
