Miami Tour Company delivered what they promised. We have a wonderful day visit Aligator show and a boat tour in Miami.

If your ever in the Miami area and want to see it all in a day; this trip is for you. You will see it all from South Beach to the Everglades and all for a reasonable price.

this tour took us to every spot in miami that we wanted to see the guide was very informative lunch stop was a little too hurried though

I am not a Bus tour fan at all. But my father in law cannot walk, so I thought, this is the only way to give him a view of Miami, as I get always lost driving around Miami.
So this was the perfect experience, exactly like announced, stress free. Great tour of Miami. Liked the small buses, liked the stops. liked the fact that we could eat where we wanted. Was a bit like a tour with friend. The only mini downside, the stops could maybe be a tiny bit longer and maybe you could offer one tour which includes the visit of the Viscaya museum also from the inside.
Was a lovely experience for my familiy. Kids loved it, my husband loved it and my parents in law. What more to ask for.
I can only recommend and would do it again.

No one informed me of the exact location for bus boarding, and each time I sought direction I was given a different place. I walked to somemany different places for Big Bus, and the stop signs are misleading since there are so many different Big Buses.

DRIVER WAS A SMART ASS, WAS NOT VERY INFORMATIVE.
ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE PASSED OUR REWUIRED ASKING, IE TOUR MAPS.
BOAT TOUR WAS VERY GOOD!

I participated on 2 tours of Miami Tour Company and I was more than happy with my choices. They were the cheapest, the easiest to book and I think the best organised. I liked that they were very felxible, I could still book a tour online very early in the morning 3hours before departure and then late night. The tour guides were very well prepared and took care that everyone enjoy the tour. The Original Miami Tour showed us every famous part of Miami, which couldn't have been reached by public transport that easy and additionally provided lots of interesting information. Snorkeling in Key West was beautiful, nice little town, nice people, sunshine, corals, blue ocean, it was an unforgettable experience too. I can only recommed Miami tour company.

Our vacation to Miami was a so easy to get around and see all the sights with one travel company "Miami Tour Company". I scheduled my trip by calling Miami Tour and received an email with my conformation. When I arrived Miami Tour bus was waiting for me and the sight seeing was that easy no issues just 100% successful. The tour guide was very knowledgable about the area, where to eat, local customs and all the right place to see when our tour was completed.

Our tour guide was Jorge. He was very knowledgeable and entertaining. We also took the boat tour.Jorge even walked us to boat ticket booth.

Enjoyed the tour, but unfortunately we weren't able to experience the Biltmore photo stop as there was a private event going on that day and the driver was not allowed to park the bus.

I took tour n dint know what to expect but as tour took off I started to learn things bout Miami I had no idea about and I been living here for many years I defenetly enjoid every site especially coconut grove

The Miami tour company was on time picking us up at our motel. Polite and we had a great tour.

I was a snowbird to West Palm Beach to four months and I had a guest for ten days.I suggested to visit Miami and my friend chose Everglades. I look for on internet to find a tours with Miami and Everglades. It was the best. It was a very beautiful day Nice bus,nice driver,nice tours.Perfect tours.My friend was very happy to know Florida.It was first time for her.Not for me.I had made before Miami tour and Everglades later.But it was not with the same tours. I appreciat my experience with Miami tours original.It was great.I think when my son will come in April I suggest him to make the same tours because his girl friend never came in Florida.The best tours for visit Florida is certainly Miami tours..I appologize for my English because my English is bad.I love Florida and Miami Tours.Tous mes amis qui me visiterons en Floride ferons avec moi Miami Tours car c'est très certainement une très belle journée pour faire connaissance avec l'environnement à la fois naturel et culturel de la floride.J'aime Miami Tours.

Great tour of miami. Coach turned up on time. Very helpful driver...sorry forgot his name but it was the morning of the 5th march. Very helpful, friendly, informative and professional. Would highly recommend.

Tour itself was well run, interesting. Tour guide knew lots....
The only but... was the bus was offered a discount rate on the trolley tour around key west for $25 which was $1 off the going rate - however - What they don't tell you is that kids are free!.We clearly had 2 children with us when we walked up to buy the tickets... it was never mentioned to us they were free so of course I just asked for 4 tickets.
When we finally got on the trolley - we were given a brochure stating that kids were free. The bus guy had charged us for them ( $25 each). He ended up giving us our money back, but not without a bit of a fight. He claimed he had been doing that bus route for 17 or so years - you think he would have known that kids were free ?
Overall disgusted by people not giving him a tip - particularly Americans who have grown up with that culture - even though we have not. Even after our problem with the tickets - I still gave a tip. The man had had a long day and did a really good job. How belittling not to give a tip !

We had a very good tour of the city starting with South Beach and hitting all the main attractions. It was a very cost effective way to determine where we wanted to spend more time.

Our first time was in the beginning of November 2013 with friends visiting from Switzerland. We enjoyed it so much we suggested it to my sister and her husband here from Canada in February 2014 We were not disappointed. We live in south Florida for over 40 years and we saw areas we did not know existed.
The guide we had in November was super! The second guide was also good but for some reasons we did not stopped at the public pool in coral gables. I don't know if we were running late or what but we drove by the pool and he did not say why we were not stopping. I guess we should have asked him why but we did not. So we got a group photo on line with the first tour but not on the second one.
This is a tour I will recommend to all our family and friends who visit us each year.
