Miaustore EU Webshop Limited Reviews

Cats immediately took a liking to this water fountain and drink out of it regularly. It's simple to clean, but because of the weight, I only wash once a week alongside fresh water bowls daily. It stays considerably cleaner than my previous plastic fountain and not having to buy filters is a massive plus. Highly recommend getting the motion sensor as it is pretty loud to have running all the time. My only issue was I found it difficult to put together initially, as there was variation between all the available instructions. Gutted the UK website has disappeared since I ordered, in case I need replacement parts later.

Very good quality

Fast delivery, qualified help via Email, very good product, our cat is very happy dringend from the well and offen sits there watching the water run.

Fast delivery

It was good until it wasn't. The pump gave out after a few years, and I made every effort to buy a replacement one from their site, but they were never in stock. They replied to my email and said that they still ship them to the US and asked me to just watch for them to be in stock again. When it FINALLY was in stock after a year of waiting, I purchased one. But they ended up refunding me because they were actually out of stock. So I am left with a paperweight.

Edit: Regarding the response "Please know that we’re actively working on improving our stock and logistics to better serve our customers, including those in the US", too little too late. I've been trying to get a replacement pump for the better part of one year.

Everything perfect. This is my second time ordering and my cats love their fountain :)

Quick delivery, good

The product is awesome, well designed. My Cat loves it. He drinks much more. The drinking fountain is easy to install and to clean. Thank you!

Top Service – absolut empfehlenswert!

I’m very satisfied with the cat fountain. Shipping was as described and everything arrived on time. I initially had an issue with the pump, but customer service responded immediately and sent me a replacement right away. Great service – highly recommended!

The communication flow was very good...delivery was on schedule. The fountain was packaged extremely well, ensuring the ultimate safety from breakage during delivery.
The setting instructions were mediocre. The videos could be better, and a written instruction would be optimal. Also, it was tough freeing the pieces out of the Styrofoam packing...I had to actually cut through the styrofoam! There was also no mention of cleaning the parts before using them.
My cat tried drinking from the water fountain quite quickly but has only lapped up water from the main tank, and has not yet explored the flowing water towers. Tipps for inspiring cats to drink from the fountain would be very helpful. I love this fountain. Only issue is its large size. It doesn't fit into my kitchen, which is small, so I've had to put it into a quiet spot in the living room, far from the drinking location my cat's used to. I hope she figures it out soon, being that it's a rather hot summer. Lastly, we find the flowing water sound quite calming. The fountain looks great, the ceramic material helps keep the water clean and fresh. A lot of mo ey perhaps but I've saved on having to buy filters for a much less attractive fountain. I fund this to be the best and healthiest alternative to a small bowl of water, especially for the warm weather months and through the dry winter months.

Great products!!!! I've been ordering for years! Great customer service!

All fine. My cats love the fountains.

Delivery is quick, the staff I contacted were wonderful.

It was easy to order and everything arrived quickly and safely. The ceramic food dish is wonderful. My cat has for a long time only been eating from the front of his bowl or plate and walking away from half his meal which has got pushed to the back. With his new dish he is now eating everything. I am no longer having to throw away uneaten food. I need to order a couple more so that I have more time to wash them properly!

Quick delivery, well wrapped articles. Nothing to complain about.

The Ordering process was quick and easy. The Product is better than expected and the instructions are easy to follow. My cat and I are pretty happy about the Product.

Product looks roughly like the pictures.
I understand this is a handmade product, but dark fingerprints under the glazing are really hard to ignore on a bright product.
Unfortunately our old kitty well decided to depart unexpectedly from this plane of existence and so we had to keep the product instead of sending it back since it's really hot atm.
The parts themselves fit well enough for a correct flow of the water and thus the little waterfalls.
The cats like the well and instantly started to play and use it to drink.
It's easy to clean and the sounds of the falling water are relaxing.

I expected a little more quality management for a product as expensive as this, but oh well (hehe).
In the end the cats accept it and I hope it's as durable as promised.

My cats are drinking absolutely fine from it
