My daughter just got her Navia cosplay costume from Genshin impact. She was so excited she was screaming when she was opening the package. She immediately went to put the Navia Cosplay costume on. She loves it!!!!!

I ordered a cosplay costume from Miccostumes for my daughter. Unfortunately, the size was just a little too small. I contacted support before returning it, and they assured me that as long as the item wasn’t broken I could exchange it.

When they received my return, they denied the exchange by claiming the costume was “broken” because I didn’t put a piece of cardboard back in the packaging. The costume itself was in perfect condition, never damaged. To reject an exchange over missing packaging material feels unfair and dishonest.

I followed their instructions and acted in good faith, but they changed the rules after the fact. If you’re considering ordering from Miccostumes, be aware: their definition of “broken” doesn’t mean damaged. it can mean missing packaging, even if the actual product is fine. Their return address is also just a single house somewhere in the Bay Area. I won’t be shopping here again.

Update – Final Outcome:
After a long back-and-forth with customer service, Miccostumes did eventually return my original costume. I appreciate that the situation was finally resolved, but it shouldn’t have taken so many emails and so much frustration to get here.

The main issue was that they initially refused my exchange by calling the costume “broken” — not because it was damaged (it wasn’t), but because some cardboard packaging was missing. That’s not part of the costume itself, and it caused an unnecessary delay.

I’m relieved to have the product back, but this whole experience has made me much more cautious about ordering from them again. If you decide to buy, make sure you keep every single piece of packaging, no matter how small or insignificant it seems.

I can recommend miccostumes as a cosplay seller. I already placed a lot of orders with them and never had any trouble. When there was a problem, customer support was always helpful and solved my problems to my expectations. Most cosplays had also excellent quality and were worth their price! Out of all the times I ordered I only had one cosplay I was'nt satisfied with and they offered me a coupon with which I was fine. Once they sent me a wrong size and they sent me a new one without me having to send back the wrong size, which was great!

My experience ordering from Miccostumes was amazing! I honestly didn’t expect it to come so soon, but it only took around a week to get here! And the costume quality is insanely good!! I’ve never had a cosplay this well made before! I’ll ABSOLUTELY be ordering from here again!

Loveddd it ! I do suggest ordering a size bigger than you usually would just cuz it does run a little tight , but other than that totally worth it ! ❤️

It won't let me create an account. It freezes everytime or doesn't respond even when I try going through with a purchase as a guest. It wants my email no matter what and it just doesn't respond or doesn't work. It is like it doesn't want me to buy it. They need to fix it. It's broken, stupid and I just won't buy from here because they make it impossible.

The measurements always fit me very well. I never had any complains about them. Also the fabrics are mostly comfortable

I pre-ordered a costume on April 1st with a delivery time June 3rd to June 17th. I’ve been asking sending it form May 12th - the date they supposed to send it by.
Every time I talk to the support they ask me for patience since the costume will be in production for another week. But I’ve been asking about sending time for the past 4 weeks and every time I’m getting the same response. I have a convention on the 13th-16th with a pre-paid session and no costume to photograph or even an information when it’ll be here.

Awful experience, money lost.

Arrived early! Fixed address and contact issues and the quality is amazing. I got it early than delivery date estimate which is great because an event was coming up and I was afraid it would arrive on time! It arrived a whole week early!

I always purchase cosplays from Miccostumes over Amazon if I can. I feel the need to disclose that I have partnered with this brand before, but I did not receive any incentive to write this review. I continue to use miccostumes whether partnership or not because the quality of their cosplays are phenomenal. I also bought cosplays from miccostumes for years before ever partnering with them. Their cosplay sizing always follows their size chart and I've never been left with any surprises. I am a seamstress so I know a thing or two about quality garments. These are always made with nice stitches, nice seams, and are durable.
