I love the miccostume quality the cosplays keep getting better and better

I’m really upset to be honest I ordered two times from here. The first time it was about $130 paid that it went fine. The second time I ordered it was $128 that went through. I have the receipt and everything but it’s making me pay it again so it’s making me pay double

Miccostumes has been my go-to cosplay vendor for at least three years now, probably more. I have well-over fifty costumes from them and every single one is incredible. They are high-quality, especially for the price, and they come with so many great accessories. I've never had a bad experience with Miccostumes. Their staff always responds quickly and is even receptive to new product suggestions!

Like their costumes and wigs, their customer service exceeded my expectations. They were understanding and polite and answered all my needs. Miccostumes has got to be my go-to, and I recommend the cosplay store to anyone. I can't think of any critiques; they're that good. In addition, unlike other cosplay Discord servers I've experienced, their server is well-moderated and welcoming to everyone! It's not just a server notifying sales and discounts, it's like a community where cosplayers can share their cosplays and creations and give each other friendly feedback. Overall, if you want to start cosplaying or want to buy costumes, Miccostumes is my best recommendation.

I had an incredible experience with Miccostumes last month. I planned to receive the order in US. However, due to an early departure to Tokyo for Anime Japan event, I was worried I wouldn't receive my costume in time. Their customer service team managed to reroute my order to Tokyo and even refunded the shipping cost difference!
The costume itself was surprisingly comfortable and exceeded my expectations. Miccostumes truly offers the best customer service and high-quality products. Highly recommended!

The shipments are fast, the products are great, if any product is missing they send it, they are always very friendly and always answer your questions.

Ordered both Rebecca from cyberpunk edgerunners and Zelda’s exclusive dress from botw. Both costumes are amazing quality and worth every penny spent on them! Delivery was fast for the most part but had a hold up with customs for Zelda, not a fault from Miccostumes though. Rebecca’s jacket was high quality unlike most cosplay jackets/other companies I tried who had used poor material. Zelda was extremely high quality in every way down to the small details. Great company for affordable and equally high quality cosplays also delivered in fast time!

Everything looked perfect, just like in the picture. Easy to put on by yourself, gorgeous looking and really flattering. Sizing is perfect, materials are good for the price. Shipping was super fast too.

I’ve always had a great experience with Miccostumes. Their costumes are reasonably priced and their customer service is friendly and willing to help. Shipping times can vary because it comes from China, but otherwise I’m always happy with ordering my costumes from Miccostumes.

I have ordered a few costumes from miccostumes and have had both great quality to a costume I was not the happiest with That being said the customer service I was offered was great regarding my issues. Overall, I always have an easy time navigating the website and checking out. The prices are fair in comparison to many other US based cosplay sites. However, the only thing I would like to be changed is the duration of rewards. Sometimes it does not carry certain characters cosplays and I order through other sites. This typically leads to any rewards I have expiring, and I would purchase from here more often if I knew my rewards would carry for a little longer or not expire at all.
