First order from this seller and was pleasantly surprised. Fast efficient delivery, the Norse projects trousers 👖 I purchased came well wrapped in mint condition at an excellent price.

Ordered a pair of Nudie jeans at every good price and it was quick delivery within UK. Got a genuine product. Only suggestion is there was not much communication sent regarding the product shipment details.

both stores Guildford and Windsor have always given first class service. purchased a jumper in the Windsor branch and whist we waited they sewed the label back on that was half hanging on.

Guildford branch have always been friendly and always there to help if needed the stock is always there however only downside is the shoe sizes for axel could be better.

I had to return an item as it wasn't the right size (my own fault), and the refund was issued accordingly. Customer service was good, and the products are exactly as displayed on the website. Had no problems.

Ordered a jacket, next day get an email saying they don't have it and I need to wait a week for a refund. Useless, avoid at all costs.

At first I wanted to make an order on this website for a Moncler Grenoble beanie I wanted to make an order but the website did not let me place order. So I left it and come to see when I tried ordering from a different website that Michael Chell has taken £139 out of my account. I sent them a message in their “Contact Us” section and explained what I’ve said in this review but it has been 2 days and I have not gotten a response hence why I am leaving this review in hope they do see this. I have taken screenshots of my bank statement to prove this. Can Michael Chell please give my money back!!!
