We found it impossible to contact them by phone a request to leave a message and they would get back to us obviously fell on deaf ears.They responded eventually to our email to tell us we were out of time to return the goods.They did say how very sorry that they could not help us because WE were out of time .We hope never to deal with them again.

Terrible nothing like the pictures and wouldn’t take a refund

Do not buy from this company terrible cheap broken furniture and dreadful customer service where you cannot call anyone I ordered a chest of drawers previously bought one from Cotswold Company and wanted to match up the navy for my sons room I’m an interior designer so everything looks immaculate in my house I thought the communication at first with Michael Edwards was good then the product arrived I unboxed and the chest of drawers was appalling piece of crap you have ever seen it wasn’t even made the drawers don’t fit and the wood is all broken I’m still waiting for an answer to what the will do a week later so I’m stuck with a piece of furniture that cannot be used and is very dangerous for a child’s room

It took ages to arrive, and when it did the package was damaged and so was the piece of furniture. I decided to assemble it anyway because the damaged bit would form the base of the chest of drawers. Once made, we could see it was scratched all over. I really don’t want to send it back and have to build it again because it took ages. Piece of furniture is okay looking though.

This sofa is nothing like photo when sofa arrived had to leave for 72 hours after two weeks it is still the same not puffed up and all creased I haven't even sat on it yet have emailed the company was told to leave a few more days but this is 2 weeks now have said I could have a bit money of don't want that sofa looks about 10 years old just want my money back I am a 69 year old single woman living in sheltered accommodation it has taken me over a year to save money up very unhappy customer

Delivery was late, stayed home Tuesday as this was delivery day I was given, didn't get notice from courierit wouldn't be till Wednesday, not so great if you need to return anything, it was my fault the size was wrong but you could be a little bit more helpful with courier to return goods,

Nice product but some of the white surface is peeling

I still haven't received my order, I've tried to call but no answer, left a voicemail but no one replys, sent an email to your customer service but still no reply, I just want to know when my order is coming! It says I should have a tracking number, but I haven't got one, could someone just please reply to me!

Ordered a set of 4 dining chairs with delivery between Xmas and New year. Heard nothing from them until 4th January. I had emailed them but no replies. They cancelled my ordered stating they did not have enough of the item to fill my order.
However when I looked at the website they have the items in stock but now at a far higher inflated price.
Basically they must have accepted my order and then realised they priced them wrong, instead of being honest with me they lied and cancelled my order. Not a business I would recommend at all as clearly dishonest, untrustworthy and lack of communication did not help.

The coffee arrived after several phone calls and emails. Put it away as I was having my lounge renovated, opened up the box and no washers for screws on drawers and we noticed glass cracked on one of the drawers!! Emailed company straight away and still waiting for a,reply!!. I need to find out there address as will be taking it back to them.

Bed was meant to arrive 30th December and didn’t. Rang the courier who couldn’t give me a date for delivery just that they had the parcel and it wouldn’t be coming in the next few days as it needed to reach several other depots before being out for delivery.. Rang the company who we purchased the bed from and was told someone who look into it and be back in touch, 2 days later still heard nothing off them..

Been looking for some black legs oak top tables for a while now, saw these and liked the look of them and also liked the price, so ordered, real quick delivery and 100% satisfied with them, great quality very sturdy, would definitely recommend

First time using the shop and they have such poor customer service! Bought a gift for Christmas last week and it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Keep calling but just goes to VM and they don’t reply to my emails. Don’t shop here unless you want hassle! Now my item won’t arrive in time :(
