I'm very happy with my purchase 👍

Poor communication. I did not receive any email/notification that my order has been sent and will be delivered. One day the parcel just arrived and that is it. I bought a wardrobe and I am happy with the item but not with the seller.

Nightmare, ordered nest of tables l kept chasing delivery. I gave up in the end l then had to keep chasing my refund. No phone number you can only deal with this company by email!!!

I have not yet received my order. I have called several times and left a 4 messages, no one bothered to call me back. I then received a standard email, not answering my original query about my order. Absolutely terrible service!!! This order deserves no stars, not even 1 star. So so disappointed!!!

Great service and communication. Delivery was a few days early. Easy to build, and quality is excellent. Looks great.

Excellent service bought Table & 2 chairs for kitchen so lovely ordered 2 more chairs which were delivered within two days pleased l found this company will certainly be using them again

Had seen this on other sites for more money but decided to take a gamble. Great piece of solid furniture. My husband put it together and said the fixings where good and strong, he usually moans that they are cheap and nasty. I brought it to store books in our lounge it's just perfect. From ordering it arrived within four days, great service would recommend

Avoid a very painful, drawn out experience and go elsewhere. Bad quality, total disregard / mishandling of their items during shipping, no customer services telephone number and when their customer services do respond to emails eventually they are slow and unhelpful. We’ve had an item of furniture delivered twice in a terrible state, the first time the box was soaking wet and the item inside was chipped, the second time the box is completely damaged, torn and has clearly just been chucked about. All I want to do it return it for a refund and I am being met with silence. I’m reporting them to Trading Standards but in the meantime please avoid Michael Edwards and Simply Utopia. Basically a scam.

Ordered a set of outdoor chairs for my step daughter's garden. She's very happy with them and they were delivered within 3 days of purchase. Thank you Michael Edwards for earning me some brownie points.

Ordered item, shown as in stock. Several days later order gets cancelled due to being Out of stock. Not Happy at all

My unit came very quickly, a small problem which was sorted out very quickly by the very efficient Charlotte so pleased. 😀

Have been asked to review my purchase which I still have not received! It should have been delivered just over 2 weeks ago. No contact to say there would be a delay on the delivery. I have been told twice that it is on its way! 🤞

I made a purchase to the value of £357 on the 5th Jan with an expected delivery date of 3-5 days.
Needless to say this date came and went.
This company do not answer the phone, they occasionally respond to emails which provide no further information.

I have requested a refund, not had a response to this either.
Will be reporting this company to the consumer ombudsman.

Bought a magazine rack which was exactly what I wanted, Unfortunately the packaging was poor and the goods were slightly damaged. Michael Edwards customer service was however excellent and a small credit was raised. Good to deal with.

The ordering was easy and delivery as expected. The item was easy to assemble and we're overall pleased with it. The disappointing bit is that there are several nicks in the table top (I've just counted 13 of them) where I can put my fingernail in.

Very nice sideboard which we are very pleased with. One door was difficult to close and the catch had to be moved slightly but not a problem. Michael Edwards furniture were very helpful with this problem and were very generous with a reduction in the price. Lovely to have a really good after sales service! Thank you 😊

I originally left a 2 star review but the company have resolved the issue. I still haven't received my order though as delayed in transit but it is with the courier. I originally received the wrong order but hopefully I'll get the correct one soon.

The wine glasses arrive l'd the day after being ordered which was brilliant service. None were broken and they were beautiful. An excellent product and service all round.

I bought a small TV stand. The veneer finish is passable on the visible parts but the overall quality is low for the price. Ours came damaged (the stop at the back of the drawer had come off so now there's nothing to stop it pushing to far inwards) and it had marks on the top. I'll keep it because it's the right size and I honestly can't be bothered to do otherwise but I certainly wouldn't recommend buying it to anyone else.

No problems with Michael Edwards, we purchased the green tables which the site said were in stock but it turned out they would be another month so we simply changes to the white and they arrived 2 days later.
The chests however are substandard quality and not worth £119 each, they are MDF, need assembly and the drawers don't run smoothly and some slight chips on drawers. in future I will stick to ready built wood.
