I would have given this company no star if that was an option. I would say it’s the worst customer service I’ve ever received but there was no customer service. It took 2 months, countless voicemails and emails to which no one replied to return my purchase, at my cost! I was completely ignored and was pretty much talking to myself when I was simply trying to return items that were wrong colour. I’ve never experience anything like this and would never buy anything from this company again!!!

Ordered and then got an E mail to say it was out of stock . Finally got the unit eleven days after we were told it would be in stock . It has a chip in the paint and a mark in the wooden top . Overall I had hoped for better , in hindsight I should have paid the extra £30 for the unit we saw in a garden centre .

Beautiful milking stool, well-made, sturdy and unique. Looks gorgeous in our home, delivery was fast and would buy from this site again.

Despite a delay on the processing of the purchase, I am very pleased with the garden bench it is well made and a UK product to boot. Delivered on a palate as stated.

First time purchase from Michael Edwards. I bought a chair for my office. I received an email confirming my purchase. No delivery date and then I came on here and saw bad reviews so got worried! If you try to ring them you have to leave a message so if you are looking to chase something up - you can’t! So I emailed and no response. Was started to get worried I wouldn’t be receiving anything because of the reviews, however I got a text to say it would arrive today (although there was no mention of the ME brand so wasn’t sure what is it!) but tonight the chair turned up! Easy to put together and very happy with it. Delivery was under a week so overall I’m satisfied however I think they need to improve their customer communication re delivery.

Product is ok but had missing washers. Main issue was product was “in stock” when ordered. After 3 weeks and no communication we chased. It took 3 working days for a response from “customer services” who conformed that the items would be shortly dispatched. The items arrived about 4 days later. Customer service and communication is lacking. We haven’t bothered cHasing for missing washers - bought them locally as didn’t want the hassle of trying to communicate with ME again

I have used this company to purchase a light, it has a been a month since purchase and i haven't received anything (it said up to 10 days delivery). I am chasing daily but no one replies to my emails and when i call they send it straight to voicemail. i am very worried about getting a refund from them as they have completely vanished .

Bought the Cosmolife Height Adjustable desk. It was delivered quickly and in pristine condition thanks to very careful packaging. The desk works very well (great for my back and neck) and the company was clear with dispatch notifications and delivery details all the way through.

I would not recommend this company and I would not use them again.
It is not possible to speak to anyone when you call there customer service, you are asked to leave a message and told someone will get back to you, I have received only one reply to my emails regarding the wrong colour chairs being sent on my order, they have not offered me an exchange, I now have to go through my bank to get the matter resolved.

This company have only replied to one of my numerous emails regarding the wrong colour being sent on my order, there is no customer service and it is not possible to speak to anyone on the telephone when you call them. I would not use this company again and would advise everyone to shop elsewhere. Very unsatisfactory experience dealing with this company,I have to go through MasterCard to get this problem resolved.

My desk is great quality, a lovely colour and was easy to put together. It looks very stylish and I’m very happy with my purchase.
