Pleased with the bench so far, easy to put together, feels sturdy.

Item was easy to assemble along with instructions which were straightforward to follow. Desk itself is just what I was looking for, doubling as a dressing table/desk when WFH.

Item was as described and easy to assemble. Looks great in a hallway.
I was told I’d receive an email to confirm dispatch. Didnt receive this. It was only pure luck my son was at home when the item unexpectedly arrived.

Ordered a small oak cupboard that arrived with a hole smashed in the door. A replacement was sent that arrived with a split & a chip in the door which had been so poorly made that the mechanism to hold the door shut wasn't aligned so the door wouldn't close properly.

Serious concerns about build quality & QC process

The table was delivered very quickly, easy to construct and was great value for money. It looks great and the whole experience was without any stress.

Great service, great customer service, quick delivery and more importantly very beautiful garden dining chairs.

I'm giving this item a 4 star instead of the 5 because the quality isn't great and it was a little damaged but I can't complain because of the price. It does the job and look pretty good once up

Very pleased with the console table. Sturdy construction and solid piece of furniture with a nice, non glossy finish. Excellent price for a piece of hardwood furniture.

I went on line for a recliner plus stool and purchased the first one to see if it was what I wanted. It was easy to buy, delivered quickly and in good order. I was very pleased with it. When I looked to order the second one it was out of stock. I was given a date that in would be available and I was in no hurry for it. A lady called Charlotte text me often to keep me up dated and informed me when it was back in stock. I ordered it and it was with me in a couple of days. Excellent service. Excellent staff. Would recommend them at any time.

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Please read the reviews before purchasing. Don’t make the same mistake as me. I made an order and the delivery date has past. No response to emails you ring the customer services number and it’s a voicemail. Save your hard earned money and buy from a reputable company.

Love this cabinet looks beautiful, i now have the table and bench to match. just wished they did a narrow one for a gap i have.

Very disappointing. The item I ordered apparently wasn’t available so instead of notifying me someone in their wisdom just decided to send a different one which was a different size and of absolutely no use. It meant that we had to package it all up and arrange for a collection - still hasn’t happened!! And still waiting for a refund. Very annoying and unnecessary waste of everyone’s time and money!

Appalling customer service and items was also appalling it arrived scratched and scuffed and looks like a kids nursery had the task of painting it grey. Customer service is so out of date you have to call a number and then they email you back I have now been waiting 5 days since I called and emailed them. I have taken to calling everyday and still no response this company needs to be avoided god know if and when I will get a refund

The tables were much more yellow in colour than I was expecting. The legs aren’t even so they wobble on the floor and there is a split in one of the legs so not hugely impressed to be honest
