Love the garden chairs I bought . They seem of excellent quality for a reasonable price .

I didn't receive any estimate about when the item would be delivered, and then it turned up unexpectedly about 3 weeks later despite the website saying it was still awaiting despatch.

Ordering was easy. Delivery was exceptional. Easy to assemble.
Have never ordered from Michael Edwards previously. Will definitely order from this company again

Bought a unit online and paid for it, got in touch so see if it had been dispatched and was told that it wasn't in stock and wasn't going to be in stock!? I wouldn't have known unless I'd got in touch! Refund was issued but surely out of stock items shouldn't be able to be bought and paid for?

Ordered with this company for the first time, it was easy with no problems and then I had a super fast delivery which is why I gave them 5 stars

The table I ordered although beautiful didn’t actually look like it did in the picture on the website. However Charlotte was really quick to respond and agree a resolution. She was also super friendly and at a time when I was a bit disappointed actually really turned my experience around. The table was fragile and was extremely well packed for delivery as well, even the courier commented on how well packed it was and how much care had been taken to ensure it arrived in good condition.

Good comms, fast delivery. great product

I ordered a mirror and was delivered something completely different,turns out manufacturers changed the design of the mirror without informing them. However, it has been a week since I last heard from them and the mirror has not been removed from the website and I have yet to be given my refund. I've had to keep chasing customer service as it takes them far too long to respond to emails. Not a good experience, will avoid in the future.

Looks very stylish in my cloakroom corner. Reasonably easy to assemble with instructions given. It is more substantial than thought it would be - which is not a bad thing and assembled it near to where it was going as instructed. Can recommend this corner ladder shelves in grey.

This is the best self assembly unit I have ever bought the quality of the wood the finish all good didn't have any problems assembling it all the joining screw connections are indented so easy to attach.

Love our new coffee table! Good customer service when I enquired about when despatch would be, delivery date and time very well organised. Happy customer!

Nice garden bench colour grey, seems robust, so far so good.

I contacted the company for a delivery date and received a prompt email reply. The courier also contacted me to specify a time for delivery, which was really useful. Unfortunately, when the item arrived it had been damaged in transit. Again, I received a really swift response to my email. The item was replaced the very next day and the courier took away the damaged item at the same time. Despite worrying previous reviews, I found the company extremely helpful and efficient to deal with. Very happy with the item we have purchased.

Order a Love seat on 26/3 then realised it was for a child. Sent Email to cancel straight away. Have sent them 3 emails to confirm that they had cancelled the order ,have not had a reply to any of them . Would be reluctant to deal with them again

Ordered a console table /telephone cabinet- easy straightforward transaction - exactly as described - quickly delivered with lots of advance notice - packaging was damaged but the item of furniture was well packed and undamaged in new condition. Would use again and happy to recommend

Great product, arrived really quickly. It was a little tricky putting together on my own (five foot two with pretty basic DIY skills!) but I did manage and it's really sturdy. Love the colour!
