Absolutely love the console tables I ordered. Super service.

I ordered 4 dining chairs from Michael Edwards. 10 days later I had still received no word of their shipping date or ETA. I emailed them to ask when to expect them and they immediately cancelled my order and said they couldn't fulfil it due to 'unforeseen circumstances'. If I hadn't followed up to check the status, god knows how long they would have held onto my money for.

Beautiful product. Delivered before anticipated date. Very well packaged.

Cupboard arrived promptly and the packaging was undamaged Not assembled yet.

Not happy with this company they do not answer phone don’t reply to emails, 2 kitchen stools paid £120 , what do I do now ? It’s absolutely terrible service

Ordered a cabinet after seeing the dispatch time was quite quick . Unfortunately it still hasn’t been dispatched over a week later after taking my money . No one replies to emails and no one phones back after leaving a message on their answer phone . Looks like my hard earned cash as gone down the drain .

I ordered a bookcase with storage from Michael Edwards. It came really quickly but unfortunately was missing most of the 23 bags of accessories / screws. The 3 stars are because it has taken well over a month to get this sorted out and a lot of effort on my part.

Finally, I have a built bookcase (it did take me 8 hours to build, but this isn't one of my strengths!).

Big shout out to Gemma at Michael Edwards who went above and beyond to help me. Great service and she gets 4 stars!

Very sturdy and lovely looking chests of drawers and the delivery was extremely quick. I received my order in less than 24 hours since make making the purchase! Would definitely recommend

Excellent Service. Will definitely use again. Desk was approx £100 cheaper than other shops. Really good quality, solid/heavy. Delivery was on time. Customer service was great when I emailed about swapping the desk for another colour.

Not sure if this company even exists, take ages to reply to emails, calls go to an automated system and no call back. Delivery dates promised, stay in all day nobody turns up or contacts you. Waiting refund, let's see what happens!

We purchased a table
For £1000 10 days ago, we had to chase them up several
Times on the order confirmation, we were told we would receive the order this week, they have disappeared with no response to any of our emails! When calling the number on the website you can only leave a voicemail with no option of Talking to anyone! This is a con, please don’t spend your time with this company!

I would give 5 stars for good customer communication, unfortunately on this occasion the clock didn’t work and I had a refund.
This process was easy and customer friendly.
Emailing Michael Edwards is easy and the reply is always prompt and very friendly.

I absolutely love the locker!! The colour is fab. It arrived quickly and in perfect condition. Super easy to put together as well. I would definitely recommend 👌
