Appalling service from the start, terrible experience dealing with After Sales. They are reliant on email communication rather than converse with people by telephone. You simply can get past obstructive and difficult initial staff despite respectfully asking for the matter to be escalated to managerial involvement. The item did not arrive within the five days specified by the seller and when we tried to contact them by telephone - it was reported that the phone lines were down. This is simply untrue as we rang on several days with the same outcome.
The item was scheduled for delivery five days later, didn't arrive at the specified time of 17.24-19.24 or later on that night. We have requested a full refund in light of all of the inconvenience caused. Asked for their Complaints Procedure / Policy - nothing forthcoming. On the return issue, the company is suggesting that the cost for the return is met by us. We have taken legal advice and the company is responsible for the collection of the item. I should have read all of the previous Reviews - would never have ordered from this abhorent company.

Table came quickly, well packaged, so arrived undamaged, the price was good, as we had shopped around. Easy to assemble, and we are pleased with the quality and how it looks

Horrendous don't even think about parting with any of your money! We bought an Industrial Silver Aluminum Trunk Style Coffee table with 3 drawers late August 2021 for £538:20. Order number ME2771 It arrived promptly and looked good however within a few months the aluminium started to bubble and fold so obviously they had used the wrong glue . After loads of unanswered phone calls and emails it was suggested that it was due to heat from a nearby radiator. Our property does not have any radiators! Several months later after more emails and unanswered messages I was offered £100: and it was suggested that I should use a hair dryer on the surface to warm it and then flatten it again! Since replying negatively to their offer six weeks ago there has been no response. Should they be allowed to trade?

Useless.

Phone messages never receive.
Never received item.
Never received refund.

I thought asking for a review was a joke since I’m completely being ignored now by customer service and management! Ordered an A frame picnic bench explained need for it due to holiday cottage being photoshoot for web site , didn’t come in time , then after delay was delivered but not the right screws and bolts and frame cut so that it couldn’t be put together , ignored by email and txt ( can’t phone them just get answer phone ) finally get collection and hopefully refund sorted but won’t compensate for delay and waste of 2 days for delivery and collection , ordered elsewhere have constantly asked for manager to speak to me and they won’t

4 weeks and not received our item paid £391 2 standard emails received but still no delivery date, answer phone Monday to Friday even during office hours. Don’t bother leaving a message they ignore it left 5 so far!!!!! Scam company springs to mind will be contacting our bank and will be reporting as theft and fraud as don’t understand what else this could be. Update…. I have started a claim via my bank to return the money I have left a message with this terrible company that I will be claiming, tomorrow will be calling trading standards wish I had read these reviews before purchasing

I can’t rate the product as I still haven’t received it! Customer service very apologetic and offered me a refund but as I need the bed I said I’d wait. It’s been 2 weeks wait on a 2-4 working day delivery estimate. Customer service said it should be here by tomorrow at the latest. We shall see!

The driver got the delivery address incorrect twice. Michael Edwards charged me for the delivery and I was never refunded. Contacting the office is impossible as the phone never gets answered or the call returned. I also had to wait 2 months longer for the delivery with no option to cancel and get a refund. Replies to emails are in days. I also don't understand the good reviews left on the website as a delivery is a delivery. Its either on time or late so I'm a little skeptical of the reviews for M.E. What counts is how things are fixed when an item or a delivery is wrong. In my case, on numerous contact attempts it wasn't sorted. I was never refunded my full amount even after a long struggle with them. Save youself the heartache and avoid this treacherous company. I hope you read this before buying from them.

Great speedy service. Excellent description of the product. Looks a picture. Also delivery company were so helpful and pleasant!!

Failure to respond to either phone calls or emails. You never get through to speak to a person when calling. I have issues with the damaged caused to the goods when unpacked and they do not seem to be capable of responding.

Would help if I received my unit and you replied to my email before sending a review request. Delivery too long don’t know if I like it but I would like to receive it !

Where is our purchase. Are you having a laugh? No response to Emails, you are not even worth 1 star. Absolutely shocking

I ordered mirror- got completly different one then on the picture. Reading about their reviews, wont even bother returning as who knows if i will get refund. Wish i read their reviews here before i ordered from their website.

There was a bit of a mix up with the delivery but this was quickly resolved.

The product came damaged not a very happy would like my refund in full thank you
