Order no 6242 I have no update and not received the footstool purchased. Money taken for no goods.

Delivery issues with large Bookshelf
The shipment was late and only came after I chased twice. The delivery man literally dropped the box outside the building entrance and ran away. We had to struggle to get it into the building and then into the flat. The product is as ordered although the design makes it impossible to configure the shelves for very large books.

After ordering our sofa bed I was surprised at the speed of delivery and ease of putting it together which didn't take long, excellent service from start to finish.

Delivered speedily.
Price point way too high for the quality of the product.
I bought two ‘filing’ tray type things and was amazed to see how flimsy they were - balsawood would be more sturdy.
Given there are many online businesses doing the same sort of thing, I won’t be buying from these folk again

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have yet to receive the item that I ordered and cannot get a reply to emails or phone calls. They have also asked me to review an item that I have never received. Avoid at all cost!!!

Side tables arrived promptly, only opened one to start and the top drawer didn’t shut properly. Had to hold the whole unit down to shut it or it moved across the floor. Emailed to return it as faulty and not fit for purpose. Packed it all away, after days of waiting for a reply I was told I had to prove it was faulty with video and pictures. Refused to unpack it all again. 5 emails later and I’ve had to pay £21.49 to send them back without a guarantee of getting a refund and no chance of getting return courier fee back. Bad quality furniture, very slow customer service response and a really bad returns policy. Will never shop here again.

Firstly, the personal thanks on receiving my order meant so much. The clock was bought as a replacement for one I accidentally damaged. I was not disappointed. The quality was good and matched the sellers description. It was a very competitive price. Delivery was free and the item was well packaged. Arrived on time. Thank you.

The unit itself is lovely but I was sure the depth said 30 but it was 35....so didn't fit for where it was intended but still kept it as didn't want the hassle of trying to repack & return it.

For some reason been asked to rate a product i haven't even received. From other reviews it appears that i am not the only one either. Received notice nearly 2 weeks ago that it had been despatched- nothing arrived!
You need to sort out your delivery service guys- it's a shambles!
