One part of my unit was damaged but very quickly replaced. Not quite the quality I expected but looks very good in my room

The furniture was fine but cheaper on another website.
I had no idea I would have to put the chair’s together the table I expected but not the chairs in so many pieces

I must say the shipping was fast for me but the box came very damaged and I paid a handyman to put it together only to be told most of the parts are missing so I tried several times to contact the company but no response. I have contacted my bank to get my money back. Please don’t buy from this company

Sadly this company seem to be complete Messer's.. I still haven't received my mirror I ordered several weeks ago! I've had email correspondence to say it was being dealt with by management.. then absolutely no emails at the end of the week when i was supposed to hear what was happening. I've asked for my money back but absolutely no reply. This is the worst experience buying of the internet and until I get my refund or product.. I urge people to be very wary of using this company!

The item was delivered in good time. Earlier than predicted in fact. Great product. Fairly easy to put together but took 2 of us to hold in position. Looks stylish.

If I could give no stars I would. They delivered my things to my street when I wasn’t there, and just left them outside my house which is on a main road. Needless to say it all went walkabout. I reached out to them and they couldn’t care less. I’m not sure what happened to customer service or common sense but these people have non of it. Avoid at all costs

Shed arrived as agreed and on time.
Delivered by only one driver, who managed to lift it off the wagon and put it into my garage. This made me wonder about the weight and quality as it seemed very easy to move.
Put the shed together in a day and it looks great and is great.
The steel sheets that the shed is made from should have been a little thicker and I would willing pay the extra. A good punch from a vandal (yes we do have them) would bend the metal.
Over all it's a good shed, but please change the quality of the metal and it would then be 10/10
