Last Saturday I popped into Michael Spiers, Exeter following a conversation I'd had on the phone with Sophie about my Rolex watch. I was greeted by Rosie who was able to repair the bracelet on my watch straight away. Great service from the point of me making contact to going into their store.

I've just received my Tag Heuer Carrera day date automatic via an online purchase from Michael Spiers. I made an enquiry about the watch whilst abroad on holiday via their online enquiry form. I received a very quick response from Suzy answering my questions, and after a couple of emails I decided to buy the watch. We sorted out the logistics of when to send the watch to me making sure I was back home from abroad to take delivery. I have to say Suzy made the whole experience absolutely amazing and trouble free. Nothing was too much trouble. On receiving my watch today it was very well packaged but also had a lovely touch inside, a hand written thank you card from Suzy at Michael Spiers, and direct contact details if I have any questions or problems. This is my 5th Tag Heuer watch and following my very positive experience from Suzy at Michael Spiers I would certainly not hesitate to recommend them and use them again. Walking into Michael Spiers in Plymouth is like walking into a mates house. Always met with a smile, a warm welcome and an offer of a cup of tea or coffee. Recently purchased the Rolex watch of my dreams that will stay in my family for generations. Austin explained the workings of my new Sky Dweller is such a easy way and now I know how to amend the settings instantly; far more simpler than online videos. I will be back again for another purchase. Thank you.

My husband has been looking for a particular rolex watch for years, we had met Justin on previous visits to the store. When we arrived we were offered champagne the staff were very attentive whilst we waited for Justin.

Rolex dealers. But can’t buy a Rolex watch from them . Watches in the window are not for sale . Best avoid this overpriced shop . Say there’s a waiting list but it’s all a con .

I dealt with Hannah again. Once Again she was very helpful and friendly. I have bought a couple of watches from her and look forward to hearing from her again.I highly recommend Spiers and Hannah in particular.

I am absolutely disgusted how I've been treated, over five years ago I put my name down on a supposed waiting list for a gmt, after three years I called in to be told there is now no waiting list and I won't get one unless I buy pieces of expensive jewellery etc over time!!, absolutely shocked and gutted what a way to deal
with potential customers.

I have been dealing with Gio at Michael Spiers for 2 years now and his customer service has been exceptional!

His knowledge about Patek Philippe and watches in general is incredible. It’s nice when the sales associate is passionate about the products being sold as it makes the whole in-store experience 10 times better.

There are many authorised dealers in and around london/dubai where I’m based between, but I gladly travel to see Gio as he is such a genuine, honest and kind person which makes me want to keep all my business with him. I’ve also recommended friends and family to visit Gio at Michael Spiers.

Very impressed with Gio and the Michael Spiers team, can’t recommend them enough!

Called around my local jewellers who suggested calling Michael spiers in raising, which I did. Spoke to Melanie who said they would add a couple links to the watch. Pop in any time.
Called the week after and at short notice came in. Offered a nice coffee, and felt welcomed by all. Links to 10 mins to install and was nice dealing with Melanie. Will use again

I was lucky enough to collect my new Rolex today from Austin who has outstanding customer service and professionalism. I will treasure this watch which I have had in order to signify my 60th birthday and as he knows my 30 years of Service . Thank you Austin .

Second time in 4 weeks I have dealt with Rosie at the Exeter branch, once again excellent customer service, she was attentive and happy to show me some watches and chat about availability, expected waiting times etc. hopefully something will come through soon and I look forward to dealing with her again, she is a credit to the store and a pleasure to do business with!
