I recently used Michaels to sell my house and I cannot fault the entire experience. From the start, Cameron came round to value the house and straight away I was impressed by his knowledge of the market and felt confident I was in capable hands. They sold my house within 16 days! Lee was consistently giving me updates on how the viewings were going and once it was sold Jo gave me a call once a week to update me on how things were progressing. Helpful, professional and reassuring service

I would like to leave a sincere thank you to Sacha Allen at Michaels Property for her kind and efficient assistance with a recent maintenance issue at my rented property.

I reported a problem with the shower water flow, which was affecting normal daily use, and Sacha responded quickly and professionally. She contacted the landlord, kept me informed, and helped arrange for a contractor to attend. I also raised a previous window replacement matter, and she kindly followed this up at the same time and provided a clear update.

What I appreciated most was the clear communication and the sense that my concerns were being taken seriously. As a tenant, maintenance problems can be frustrating, but Sacha’s prompt replies, patience, and helpful attitude made the situation much easier to deal with.
