Aaron and Staff Halstead Office
Aaron at Halstead Office was extremely professional, helpful and knowledgable from our first meeting. He found me the perfect Buyer and agreed a perfect price. Being Leasehold, I knew the process would take time and encounter potential pitfalls but the Halstead office (Jacqueline) was there every step of the more difficult moments. Thoroughly Recommend.
They also found me the perfect Purchase Property again at a very good negotiated price with easy vacant possession, so no real chain.
They could not have been more helpful or professional.

The valuation process and customer service we received after the fee was agreed was very good through to completion. We were a little disappointed that we had to do most of the viewings ourselves, which we felt was not made clear and made us feel uncomfortable.

Our experience with Michaels has been very positive overall. While the process had its ups and downs, we really noticed the difference towards the end when Michael became very proactive. Above and beyond throughout the whole process
Michael provided an excellent supportive service throughout the whole buying process. Really quick responses to all queries, and always went above and beyond to ensure all parties concerned were kept on their toes to ensure a swift exchange of contracts and completion.
