It was a generic training, I think it was difficult the make the switch from the commercial to the public domain.

Michal had a great understanding of everything involving IT.

He is very patient and clear in his communication. Michal also gives you clear answers to your questions and make you think first before he gives you the answers.

Great sessions all the modules are based an updates technologies and is very friendly Additionally, a strong recruitment program should be able to align the organization's talent needs with the goals and objectives of the business, and ensure that candidates who are hired have the necessary skills, qualifications, and cultural fit to be successful in their roles. Finally, a successful recruitment program should be able to measure its performance and make data-driven improvements to continuously improve the quality of its hiring processes.

Absolutely essential education in helping me transition to a technical recruiting position. The mind maps were an immensely helpful tool to refer back to as I progressed in my sourcing.

This was the best course I've ever had taken, The certification validates your basic knowledge of tech industry so as tech recruiter you are able to upgrade your skills and demonstrate a fundamental knowledge of tech industry

After watching all these videos I got super confident with all the IT terminologies and how to read the JD's properly. This is going to help me immensely in my IT recruitment career.

This is a great chance to test your knowledge and understand what you can focus on in further training.

The paid version is not even worth. 4-5 videos with just some basci info about Devops and there nothing much.

I am not sure if you're charging 200 Euros for this. Youtube can provide for free.

Overall, I would describe this course as not being in-line with professional standards. The course was scheduled over a 3-week period - the last week was never delivered as the course tutor said he needed to re-schedule and never did! The online lessons were long, and the host sent us a 3-hour video to watch in our own time, as homework. Who has the willingness to sit and watch a 3-hour video on IT terminology?

They hardly responded to my emails when I emailed them on course matters and when there appeared to be a mix up on dates and payment, I was told I was being "rude" in my messages to the staff - yet they still had not addressed my problem.

I would say that this course was more or less, a wasted experience and I would not do it again. I particularly did not enjoy ANY element of their "customer service".

I'm very happy with the knowledge I have a learned from taking the Tech Recruitment Course. I came into the course with no knowledge of IT recruitment or recruiting and found the course very digestible and easy to follow. With this new learned knowledge, I know I will have the confidence to recruit IT professionals and hold an intelligent conversation when speaking with potential candidates and clients. I would definitely recommend this course to anyone serious about becoming an IT recruiter. I know I will use all the information for years to come. Thank you Michal!

A "must do" program for all the technical/ IT recruiters! The sessions provided detailed knowledge of tools and technologies with hands-on experience of sourcing and contacting the candidates. Michal is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and a great instructor. Even as an experienced IT Recruiter, I got a lot of value and confidence from this course for my future projects. It's great if you're a green recruiter just learning the Technology stack. If you have a couple years of experience and work in the United States, you can see other ways job post are written, but from a more worldly point of view. You will be more interested in the Boolean searches and the Tech languages and Frameworks.

Before I found Michal's videos on YouTube Tech Recruitment was a complete mystery for me. But after watching a couple of videos I knew that I have to sign up for the Program! Live sessions were great, but the number of materials you receive while signing up is just ENOURMOUS. Knowledge has tendency to fly away while not used - this is not the case in this situation! Perfectly prepared materials will allow me to come back to all the details even years after the training. Thank you, Michal!
