This was a great course and a well designed exam! Even though I have many years of technical recruiting experience, it gave me good insight into various technologies that will make my communication with candidates and hiring leaders more meaningful.

Geek Recruiters offer tons of useful content for junior and mid-level IT recruiters. I find their mind maps particularly useful when it comes to structuring someone's knowledge in a clear form.

I took the course on how to source on GitHub and it was just what I needed! It is perfectly done, so that you understand how to do it, and they even share some great tools to make the sourcing even better. Loved it!

Technology made simple for Technical recruiters. This training would be useful for all levels - from beginners and advanced. I also liked a lot organisation - the website, Mind maps - everything is logical and systemised.

I am in the area of ​​human resources and although I have already been involved in recruitment processes in Portugal and Angola, none of them were related to IT.

As a newbie in the HR world and recruitment in general I found the webinar very explicit. A lot of great tips and strategies so that you are for sure set up for success!

I took part in a webinar by Geek Recruiters as Michal shared a case study with a candidate lead generation method that I haven't applied earlier. I enjoyed the webinar and later on subscribed for membership too. The technique I learned there was presented well, I was able to apply it right after on 2 different search projects. Good leads were generated that ended up in 2 candidates reaching offer stage. It saved significant time on sourcing and with minimal financial investment the results were really great. The technique is part of the preferred toolset ever since. I recommend Michal's courses, materials as I find them very useful to rapidly upskill junior to mid-level recruiters and there is useful knowledge there even for seasoned seniors from time to time. Thank you Michal!

Very helpful, I love that someone is finally explaining IT from a recruiter's point of view! It like the analogies with "real-life situations", like explaining API:s in terms of a server at a restaurant, it makes it very easy to comprehend for us non-developers as well... :)

I am no #recruiter, Just had a lot of Interviews with no perfect match since covid made an end to my just beginning partnership with the great IT Team of the KaDeWe group.
For example, I ran into an interview where obviously a Network Specialist was what the company needed. After the nice but somehow ridiculous and time wasting talk i wondered: That's not me, man! Why could that happen? Wasn't i totally clear about my aspirations and my level of IT Knowledge? Dear Recruiters, can you please check out Geekruiter and find out how to get the right people into the Interviews? Companys need the best support for developing their IT workforce. You can make this journey nice and easy (nicer and easier) for everyone.
