Jacket arrived damaged with a rip and…
Jacket arrived damaged with a rip and tear in the material. Reported same day to customer service, asked for more pictures, then customer service ignored me for 1 week. Finally, a response and they say this tear, (clearly damage) in the jacket is not a defect!!! And now no response again...
Complete scam of a company!
If I return I would also have to pay customs fee`s, so i would be £280 out of pocket for receiving a defective jacket!
Also needed to pay import fees of £140 into the UK with DHL which was not expected, should change delivery to delivered duty paid.

Fast shipping. Great experiences but I just wish the website would tell me how much extra I have to pay for the import’s fee of my order into US. It was a surprise of the extra fee that i didn’t know.
