*IMPORTANT READ FOR UK CUSTOMERS*
If you are from the UK, DO NOT buy from this website unless you are willing to pay a hefty Import Duty Tax. Initially, I was pleased to find the jacket I was looking for at a fairly discounted rate. The price is given in £ but when I went to complete the purchase, the credit card I used charged in € when going into the app to approve the purchase. Fine, I took the hit on the non-GBP transaction. The next day I receive a DHL notification saying I have to pay £91.70 import duty/tax. £91.70! After reading the trust pilot reviews and going back through the Ts and Cs, I won't bother arguing with them as it seems a waste of time. Don't make the mistake I did. Now I am stuck with an item I could have bought for less in the local Flannels store *sigh*

Bad e-commerce user experience
Company sent email with link to a ridiculous amount of terms and conditions very much placing all return cost and responsibilities on client in every sense with every cost being the clients responsibility.
Package took 10 days for courier delivery.
They sent no delivery confirmation not tracking bill. I had to ask for this.
There were undisclosed costs for landing and taxes. No where on the site at any time is this disclosed not at check out. Be prepared this is not the price that you actual pay advertised on the site.
In short a very bad consumer experience where I would rather pay a little more and have much better service. This is is on a market place where their competition is huge for the same goods.
Don’t use not worth the headache.

The worst experience ever
The worst experience ever. I ordered shoes for 185£, when they reached the UK, there popped a duty charge for 85£ more? I am sorry but what the hell? Then I said I don't want the shoes if I have to pay this amount for a duty charge, they said they will revfund my money, but the duty charge was taken from my account anyway! 85£ for not even getting to touch the shoes??? Worst website ever, customer service is lacking and will never even think about getting something from there!
