This is a follow in from my last update on the 7th October (please read) - Ok so we’ve finally received our refund after 81 (yes 81) emails, 24 weeks and almost ending up issuing European court papers to the company………Michele Franzese you are a disgrace of a business !
Please, please, please avoid this business like the plague!

They sent an item I did not order, when I tried to return it for an exchange I was told I would have to pay for shipping which amounted to over $200.00 USD. Very poor customer service, they lost this customer.

I am really disapointed with your customer care. I ordered jeans in size 33 and got 33x34. It took really long time to get a reply and I could not reach the customer line. After a week they emailed me that the shipped size was right. 33 means 33 waist a lenght, I got 33 waist and 34 lenght. So the size is not right. I find it really unfair to pay for shipping it back, because it is not my fault. Also the cost of the shipping would be way too high compared to the price of the jeans. So I am just gonna have to keep the jeans that are way too big. As a customer who has almost 1000€ spent on your website I am really disapointed and I definetly won’t shop on your site ever again.

I ordered an item via Lyst, the incorrect size was sent to me in November 2021 it is now January and despite numerous emails directly to Michele Franzese and Lyst, Michele Franzese do not appear to be correcting the problem. I have not been offered an exchange or refund at all. This customer service is not acceptable at all. It was initially bought as a Christmas present and the person is still awaiting their gift. Whilst the £140 I spent including postage may not be a lot to the company, it certainly is to me.

I would not recommend this company at all. They have made a mistake sending me the incorrect item and they have not rectified this is two months.

- Genuine products, prices are really good, especially if the product is manufactured in Italy and they stock it.

- Make sure you are aware of the de minimis value to avoid import tax.

- Ensure you are sized up correctly to avoid returns and know how certain items run. Returns are not free, however, their worldwide shipping seems to be (at the time of this review) so don't be upset that they don't want to eat the return fee also.

- Damaged or delayed items are simply an anomaly and should be reconciled with the company.

I ordered from the site and got my product quicker than I had expected. Customer service was very informative through emails and shipping. I am very satisfied with the quality of my product and the chosen luxury brand. I will definitely be ordering from the site again. Keep up the good work.
