Scam Company - Andy Lee

Scam company. They will ask for an advance payment and then ask you to wire to their "sister" company because their bank account is under review. Andy Lee is the guy and he is very fast with responding. Stay Away!

Classic bait-and-switch scam

Classic bait-and-switch scam. Thank goodness our bank flagged the transaction, otherwise we would be on the hook for 15 grand. They have a slick website, but Andy is a pure hustler. Word of notice to anyone else out there desperate for chips from the broker market, don't work with anyone who demands upfront payment.

SCAMMERS

Nice website, but don't send them money unless you want to donate to Hong Kong scammers. Not surprised.

Fraudster

Fraudster.
Be careful. This is a mere scammer. The moment a company can't provide a bank account under their name and address, and can't provide ID of authorized signatory, and if they provide prices and offers that are ridiculously lower than the market price, then these are enough red flags to stop and think before making any transfer.
Thank you Trustpilot for providing this platform. Hopefully as many people will make use of these checks and reviews.
Here is the response i received last from this fraudster asking for transfer:

Scammer - Website and Inventory Not Real

This company is a scam. They appear to be legit online and even respond quickly to your RFQs. However, once you make payment they no longer respond and you never receive your goods. Do not use this company or trust anything they say. Andy Lee is a fake. Report them as many places as you can in the hopes that others don't fall for their shady practices

Same situation like other sincere…

Same situation like other sincere buyer. This company is fake, it's a cheater. When you send inquiry on website, someone called Andy would contact with you very positively. He made a quotation with all the trade term, warranty condition, specified every condition very clearly. Once PO confirmed, he would request you remit payment to "HK QX TRADING LIMITED." Once they receive your payment, they never reply e-mail. You paid, you got nothing. I hope every one cheated by this company report this situation to police, let this company and their bank account being frozen, let them can't withdraw any money from the account.

Big thank you to everyone here

Big thank you to everyone here. I was about to order 1000Eur worth of parts on behalf of my client, a Global 100 medical device company... this would have been very embarrassing (besides losing the funds) and I'm also having to now explain how I could follow up with a scam artist (should have checked this first)... but they had a huge stock of a part that is not available anywhere... should have known better. Hopefully this guy gets shut down.

This company appears to be a fraud

This company appears to be a fraud - the prices they are advertising difficult to source Atmega chips are well below what they should be normally prior to shortages. Thanks for the warning - I will not order from them and save myself $000's.
