BIG FRAUD

READ.... please do not buy, do not make any type of transfer. Much less with a credit card. Is a gotcha!!

Three months ago we made the purchase and after exchanging several emails with doubts, we made the corresponding payment. After that THEY NEVER ANSWERED AGAIN.

The name of the company representative is Andy Lee.

fraud

This company is total fraud. I don't understand how this guy gets away with this? I don't understand how he is allowed a bank account- Once you send the funds, crickets. He got me on an urgent part needed , wired the funds and nothing. I also don't understand how his web site, which looks very legit, yet you plug his email in and you find he has done this to so many folks just trying to make a living, and was taken by this awful human. How does google allow this site to continue. Hard to think he has a bank account, frauds so many folks and web site is up and strong. After many hours, plus the loss of money, I did write to the bank, but advised to contact the police in China. Yeah right! From my research, they have a pile of fraud to work and nothing gets done- Here is the info: ' Bank info: Bank name: The Bank of East Asia, Limited
Bank Address: 10 Des Voeux Road Central, Hong Kong
Bank Swift Code: BEASHKHHXXX
Account Number(USD): 015-151-68-01450-1
Company Name: HKZZ TRADING COMPANY LIMITED
NOTE: Please enter our full company name including LIMITED.
Beneficiary Address: RM A112 1F LEE KA INDUSTRIAL BUILDING 8 NG FONG STR SAN PO KONG KLN HK
DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS GUY! Never again will i ever buy anything from China again- Nothing but frauds and scammers.

scam web pages, fraud

scam web pages & fraud, they will start an exchange of emails with you, once you send an order and pay (always to different account in Hong Kong, most of them at the Bank of East Asia), they will stop corresponding and you will never recieve any goods.

Thanks to all the speakers

Thanks to all the speakers. I had the first contact with Jack Lee on Infinite-Electronic. When i saw this name, a ring bell in my head and i want it to check reviews about this company. Fortunately, i didn't pay.
I'm almost certain that Jack Lee/Infinite-Electronic and Andy Lee/Micro-Semiconductor are the same person.
Just hope for him that he will pay for that. Every bad action leads a bad reaction...

Scammers to the bone

We almost got taken for $550 - thank you to everyone who posted. This legitimate-looking website showed stock of an obsolete part we were having trouble sourcing. “Andy” was quick to respond positively about our hard-to-find part and we missed the red flags. Luckily, after the “our bank account is being audited, here’s our sister company you can pay” email, we got the sense to google them, found this page, and narrowly missed giving these scammers money. Thank you again to everyone who wrote in - it saved us - and I hope “Andy” gets what he deserves.

Lesson Learned

Never heard from these folks after $550 wire transfer. Nice website seems legit, but ignore that and stay away. Too bad that they tar other legitimate Chinese suppliers who do good work and are very reputable.

Big thank you to everyone

Big thank you to everyone here for sharing their experiences.
I was just looking at the prices and, although I thought it was too good to be true, I was about to place a small order to see what happens. Now I wont bother. Sounds like HK is getting really dodgy lately. Back to Digikey!
