Too good to be true

We received a quote from the original manufacturer of the sample parts we needed and noticed the massive difference in price from what "Andy" quoted. Immediately Googled the company+scam but I was too late. We are now working with our bank to see if we can withdraw the 1k USD transfer. I suggest everyone submit a report to the e-Report Centre at the HK Police.

Total Scam

Total Scam - Takes the pre-payment and disappears.

I paid for 200 pcs of Texas Instruments P/N TUSB8041RGCR and never received parts.

Andy doesn't reply once he gets the money.

Not sure if Andy is a real person but definitely has some bad karma coming his way.

Dear so called Andy...

Thanks to those people who decided to share information about their loss, and prevented me from losing my money. You all are great and I hope such a loss brings 3 times more than you lost. I just don't understand how google algorithms let their ads be at the top...

Our story is the same as many regarding this company, we place an order, we were asked to pay up front and then the product was never shipped. Andy then went dark on us, and their phone number is currently not available. Clearly a fraudulent business

This company do semiconductor fraud

This company do semiconductor fraud. I lost 950usd as they didn’t ship me anything in return but I am lucky as I am prepared to be fraud. So I give 5 start to this fraud company as they still win my money in the end, although it’s not ethical way.

After I paid, Andy Lee, the contact replied mail to me last night that their bank is under audit and ask me to stop payment. He asked me to call him after I get their bank refund, which is a joke as his phone number in his mail signature got no one answer always.

I knew this is business fraud website due to worldwide semiconductor serious shortages by Google searching when I type part number. The key selling point of Andy Lee and this website is, when IC distribution network or trader is out of stock, they claimed lots of stock and price is very low. That’s why I am prepared to be fraud……try to secure 0.1% possibilities for my company to win. Meanwhile, the payment receiver is called ALBAYER TECHNOLOGY LIMITED, an E-cigarette maker in China- I reach one ex-employees through LinkedIn and confirm something wrong with this company.

As shortages remains globally, I decided still to take limited risk to see if any luck before paying $50k usd. (Luckily, I knew many good sources with good business ethics in Taiwan. You can reach me (Taiwan 886-916961919) to learn more and I am willing to share to those who suffer by Andy Lee and his company as I know how you feel. Unfortunately, my sources didn’t have some stock of the parts Andy Lee claim they have.)

So far, most of such semiconductor trading websites in Hongkong is dangerous as HK police did not do anything after this is formally owned by China now. Also, Google should take the responsibility to eliminate such fraud website from searching result. As IDM semiconductor vendors already registered their part number for better Google Search Engines Optimization (SEO), these fraud website take advantage of such SEO algorithm bug and Google put such fraud website on my search results top rank, because key words (part number) identified.

Buyers, you should be aware power of Google SEO!

So why I know all of this so well? Because I am ex-sales of a very huge international IDM.

Order was placed and prepayed with Andy Lee or Micro-Semiconductors.HK.

Once paid we were told it was the incorrect account and it would be reversed, this took almost 3 weeks!
After two weeks obviously I thought I was scammed but eventually it came through.

So they are legit just slow on the accounting side of things.

I was about to place a big order to this company but luckily checked the reviews since this company wants a bank transfer instead of a credit card purchase. Thank you for all the ones who posted their reviews. I'm sorry for your loss but hopefully this guy Andy will soon be in jail.
