Very helpful and friendly staff
Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeble staff. I had a laptop battery replaced. There was a problem with the replacement battery but they dealt with it well and were able to order another one. Took longer but worked in the end. Tim was especially competent.

Find someone else for repairs...
Going through official procedures after continuous repairs/communication problems. Stupidly paid for repair (Mac laptop not charging) before checking it in the shop. Problem wasn't fixed and battery wasn't even slightly charged (ss you might expect when a repairs service fixes a charging defect). Paid €250 for nothing. Not under guarantee due to 'water and fall damage'. When I asked for evidence, the water damage suddenly disappeared and have still not received any physical evidence of fall damage - laptop always treated with kid gloves. Brought it back as requested. Waited for ages. Finally got someone on the phone (be prepared to wait for days to get through) who said it would take weeks to fix as they were waiting for a part from China - I was moving to the UK in less than 2 weeks time. Took it back (unrepaired) with a verbal agreement to get at least some of my money back. Since then, not a word. No replies to emails. So have started a procedure with the consumer bond.
