Great company to do business with!

Very good product, quick service, only quibble is the £6.99 sticky rule I brought which does not seem to really "go" with the 'Chop-it'.

I have been dealing with your company for over 15 years and never had such bad service. While visiting my daughter in New York i ordered a digital caliper to be sent to her apartment and the postal service claim that it could not be delivered. Just for the record i got stuff delivered from Amazon, Bose, Target,delivered to the same address. Had the post office called me i could have gone to pick it up in New York.
Despite numerous emails by the time i found out what had happened my visit was over. I actually went to Home Depot and purchased one on my last day. Got a response from Bob Nalbone. I eventually emailed him suggesting that he credit my account as i am no longer interested as i have returned to Trinidad. So far no response. Everyone can screw up but this poor response is disappointing. My workshop is full of your companies tools. I do not plan to abandon Micro Mart as this company provides a essential service for the hobby but i will consider competitive options in the future.

I’d give them 5 stars except for the last purchase which I believed when I made, had the “free shipping over $100.” Which I’d received a few days before on another page purchase. I’m guessing because I entered the website through other than the email promo they’d sent that it is NOT a new policy, my mistake, maybe?
The other loss of a star is because they are located on the east coast and I live on the west, the shipping rates seem high and it takes over a week to receive items purchased, yes, spoiled by Amazon! Hate seeing everyone else go out of business because of them however, so I do still shop directly (on occasion).

I ordered a chop-it chopper and it came well packaged and OK, but it seemed to come by snail mail as it took the full 25 working days to arrive. But no problems with it. If ordering from UK just be aware that I had to pay a further £14.85 for the customs charges. But considering you cannot seem to get it in the UK you have to pay up.

I received a Good quality product with great functions i am saying this even though i do not have a DCC unit to use all 10 sounds of the locomotive. I received product in great condition but it took a little longer than i had hoped, but it was worth the wait. And thank you for your cooperation regarding tracking ID.

This company offers a variety of unique tools that I'm still discovering on their website. The tools for miniature hand work are a boon for me. I'm sure I will return often to check out their new offerings.

The product is good but $10 shipping and handling on a $30 item is just stupid.

It’s just plain! I ordered, it came and I am happy!

I just love the variety of merchandise they offer, especially the tools for modeling.

My only regret is that the quantity of N gauge railroad engines and rolling stock is limited. But that is a very minor concern. I am purchasing the tools to start scratch building for my new n gauge layout. The one thing that I have not gotten yet is that 3D Printer that I have been drooling over for some time now. Micro-Mark has a great selection to chose from. It just making up my mind, which one I am going to get.

All in all, I have not found a better place to search for modeling tools anywhere and I give Micro-Mark a 10 out of 10, thumbs up, 5 stars and a bouquet of roses for their performance.
