SELLS KNOCK OFFS OR FAKE PERFUMES. Do not buy from this company. I bought 2 bottles of Dior Hypnotic Poison EDP. Its a discontinued product. Should've known by the price of $138 that it was fake. I didnt even open it bc if u open it u will NOT get a refund. But i knew bc the box was different. Had additional writing on it. Ik my product. Been buying it from day 1 since it came out in 2016. So u cant fool me. Fake fake fake. I should've went by the crappy reviews. But I took a chance. Wrong thing to do. Ill never order from this place ever again. And they're so slow at responding to messages and no phone number. Another red flag. I finally got my refund after nearly 3 wks. I actually haven't gotten it just yet. 7 to 10 bus days which will make it 3 wks or a month.

I ordered the Christian Dior EDP travel spray and I like the sleek look to the bottle and easy twist top to use when traveling for business, etc.

When I went from wearing the same perfumes to being a perfume junkie, discovering Microperfumes was great because I could discover new fragrances for a small investment. Those little tiny vials are available through Microperfumes, but I never liked those because there is not enough product for me to determine whether it is something I like. Microperfumes offers a nice sized travel spray which is 100% authentic and by the time I use one up completely, I know whether I want to invest in a full sized bottle. There is a difference for me in spraying compared with the daubing on the pulse points. I knocked off one star because they do not have as wide a selection of fragrances as other websites, but those websites sell full size bottles. And also, once you join their mailing list you get texted and emailed multiple times per day with hyped up discounts, but the savings usually works out to be the same but in a different presentation.

I ordered two perfumes, but upon receiving them, one of them was tampered with and had no scent. It was as if I was spraying water. When I contacted them, they informed me that they don’t accept returns if the product is opened. However, how could I have known that they had shipped water to me if I hadn’t smelled it? This company is hiding its fraudulent business practices behind a poor policy. I strongly advise against doing business with them.

2nd time second bottle of Tom Ford aud wood. Failed every one of the authentication process points. Smells like alchohol and stnky lady perfume. I paid 24 dollars to send 1st bot back. Going to report them everywhere. Total rip off DO NOT BUY EVEN A SAMPLE FROM THEM!
Sprayed hand, all alcohol and scent gone in 1 minute!

Nonexistent customer service. They don't reply to their "chat" or any email you send them. I've bought from them before but never again. It shouldn't take over a week for a company to respond to its customers.

Ordered a cologne on February 7th. Paid expedited delivery fee (delivery within 2-3 business days). Today is Feb 16th: USPS site as of February 13th says "In transit to Next Facility". It's been providing this status for almost a week now. Tried to call customer services (phone number is available), but they do not provide customer service via phone. Emailed twice- no response yet.
Bottom line: if you get your stuff- consider yourself lucky, if ANYTHING goes wrong, you have no way to receive any customer service. So think twice before engaging into any kind of business with this outlet

Poor customer service response. Seemed to have a bit of a snarky attitude when explaining they don’t compensate items being late by multiple weeks. I was happy until Cheri from micro perfumes support made me feel like I was trying to get something for free. Being in the industry for over two decades I understand customer service. Being a small business like they are. Having worked for a major conglomerate for two decades it takes sacrifice to grow. Today they sacrificed any and all future business from me. I see them sitting at a 4.2 well below an acceptable threshold. As Cheri saves Pennie’s on the dollar for them I wish them well as they navigate the customer service waters.

It all stems from having no update on the status of the order after they got my money. So I tried emailing to request a cancel but the links for canceling does not work. I thought the business is legit but I doubt it. The customer services is awful as they will wait for 24 hours to respond

Great platform

Terriblecustomer support. I had tried to reach them many times through different mensages and no reply, because my order is stuck with usps. Idk what to do other than call my credit card

I placed two separate orders with them over a week ago and have not received a valid tracking number for either. I made numerous attempts to call and email them over the last 6 days and no one responds. Not sure if I got scammed which would be weird considering favorable reviews online and past orders but maybe they went bankrupt and shut down. Seems to be the only plausible explanation as to why no one would respond for a week. Scent split and Maxaroma seem to be the top contenders in the sample category these days. Be careful ordering from these people right now.

I made 2 orders. At first I was worried since I was ordering from Canada so I made a small order. When it arrived it was all legit perfumes and samples. With the exchange rate it was still decent priced and came in a fair amount of time (3 weeks). I compared a sample to a perfume I bought directly from YSL and it was the same. I am confident they were legitimate. The next order I got travel sprays which were awesome. They sprayed very good and were easy to carry. I’m happy with purchases.

Have ordered 4-5 times from them a small decant, every one of my orders was great experience, authentic product great pricing and fast shipping!! Thinking of ordering a full retail bottle, their pricing for that is way better than fragrance net and fragrancex. Thank you microperfumes for your great service, will order again!!!

Awful awful awful..opium doesn't smell like opium I've bought from Macy's..plus micro should be called mini micro micro. 7.99 for THAT size I WILL NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN...

I wish I could give them a minus 0!! Their samples are a complete rip off. They need to be gone. Scammers!!!

Placed an order and wanted to add an item to the order in order to save on shipping and was not able to chsnge order after placing the order. I had to send a message to customer support who didn’t respond until 2 days later and said they couldn’t help !!! I won’t buy from microperfumes again…I will go continue to buy from fragrancenet.com…never had any issues with them.

Tiny little sample for $7.95! Tried 5 other samples for less but not one of them could I smell on my wrist and hour later! Waste of time and money.
