I more than 8 micro perfumes ond out this I was familiar with 80% of the brands.
Two perfumes didn't smell like the scent I was accustomed to amd hopefully this figure doenst go higher during continued usage. Additionally, the bottle cap isn't at all user friendly. In other places with sample perfumes, you would still be able to make use of the spray cap during usage but to have to open the cap and get drops of perfume onto you skin or so Is outragiuos.
Thioption is works for the akin despite promoting wastage.but in cases where your dermatologist has recommend none usage over the skin this may not be a good option.
This is one option I won't have to take again, I am dissappointed!

I ordered three perfumes and one of them smelled significantly weaker and noticeably different from what it should be, suggesting it may have been diluted or not authentic. I contacted customer service but did not receive a response. This was my first purchase, and unfortunately I won’t be ordering again.

why am I buying 2 of the same exact fragrance, same name, same label.but they’re two completely different colors? I honestly didn’t even notice at first,something told me to put them side by side and that’s when it clicked. One is noticeably lighter, clearly more diluted, and barely lasts. The other is darker, richer, smells stronger, and lasts 10x longer on my skin. Dilution matters, and color doesn’t lie. MicroPerfumes ive emailed and messaged and still havent gotten a response back.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with this retailer. They sent me a damaged package and then refused to issue a refund, despite clearly advertising a 30‑day return policy. They took no responsibility for the issue and completely ignored all of my emails. Even after I requested a refund multiple times, they stopped responding and explicitly stated they would not refund anything. This level of customer service is unacceptable, and the overall experience has been terrible. I would strongly caution others before purchasing from them.

This company is a joke!!! Everything is fine until it is not, which is the time where a real company like Nordstrom steps up and MC does not. They disappear, actually they blame the consumer for their inadequacy and then give the run around like I have never seen before. I ordered two vials of Chanel and was sent two completely different vials, sent a message immediately alerting them to the mistake, to which they have done everything except the right thing which is……. Correct their mistake! Simple stuff guys! They exist in a grey market and act like it as soon as there is a problem. If you chose to buy splits choose a different company. Had a problem once with Decant and they fixed it immediately and apologized. Which is what a real company does.

I have bought from Microperfume on many occasions, and they're fragrances are 100% the real perfume. With the sample vials, I can test which scent mixes well with my own personal essence before buying the travel spray, or the perfume.

Avoid ordering from them. Incredibly unhelpful, spiteful and childish customer service.
I have to request a charge back from Visa to try and get a resolution.
It's been a long time since I've encountered such spiteful customer service.

I strongly advise consumers not to purchase from this company. I received a large box filled with open, empty packages and no perfume inside. When I contacted the company, they insisted the items were sealed before shipping, but that is not how I received them. This experience was extremely disappointing, and I can confidently say this will be the first and last time I ever purchase from this company.

The customer service is just horrible. They don’t have phone number - you cannot reach them out…they respond you through email when they want to. I didn’t receive my package, and they didn’t refund my money. I would recommend do not deal with this scammers.

I love this brand. The fragrances are legit, they last long, and i love the prices!

HORRIBLE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE - YOU CANNOT GET HOLD OF ANYONE! CRAP!

Rec'd confirm email from them with a fragrance I didn't order. Contacted them immediately. Got no response. Contacted them again a few hr later, no response. The pkg didn't ship for another 48 hrs. They had been notified and had time to correct the issue. 15 min. after pkg shipped I got an email saying sorry there was nothing they could do, the package had shipped. Unacceptable. Contacted them again. No response. They are fraudulent.

I paid for 2 to 3 day delivery and ended up getting my delivery 6 days later. And they don't want to give me a refund for the shipping I paid extra for. They're currently giving me a hard time about it

Don't waste your money. You can buy a regular size bottle of a good brand cologne or perfume from the department store who gives free samples of what you want to try. They are not poured up. You know what your getting. My boyfriend ordered some for both of us. The main one he wanted he didn't receive with no explanation from Microperfume. Some of the samples we got we have never smelled, but the ones we got that usually smell really good that pop, are lacking something. Maybe they're deleted. Not sure but they aren't the same as the bottles you buy from the department store.

I ordered 5 “sample sizes” that I received today. They were GROSSLY overpriced, but that’s my mistake for not verifying size! HOWEVER, I received a new email from them saying ‘today only’, receive 75% off travel size of Mojave Ghost (normally, $26.99, marked down to $6.75); I added it to my cart and attempted to check out. I added the discount code of ‘SAVE75’, as requested; it denied discount, stating that ‘code was valid, just not for item I requested’; IRONICALLY, Mojave Ghost was the ONLY item (according to their email offer), that this discount code could be applied; I will never buy again from this company; they may offer legitimate fragrances, but drastically overpriced compared to their competitors! I DO NOT appreciate the bait and switch tactic of saying they were offering 75% off a particular item, then flashing something on screen saying: ‘after order, you will receive CREDIT of 25%! I am VERY disappointed (after spending over $100 with this company on tiny samples that would be given for FREE in Department Stores! RUN from this company!

I can get samples of mostly any perfume and decide whether I want to purchase it on the site or at my local perfumery. There's usually a sale or discount and the samples along with the travel size sprays and the full retail bottles are of good prices. I always recommend to my lady friends who want to sample a scent from microperfumes.com before purchasing. They can never go wrong. I love them!

My order showed up with the cologne leaked inside the packaging because the lids were not on correct. I contacted the company and sent pictures as they asked but they are refusing to send a refund even though I made another purchase while waiting to hear back from their customer service.
