Review summary

Created with AI, based on recent reviews

Evaluating 48 reviews, reviewers had a great experience with this company. Customers are highly satisfied with the product, frequently describing it as a "game changer" for cycling comfort and performance. Many people found that the product effectively resolved issues like foot pain, numbness, and knee discomfort, allowing them to ride without pain and improve their overall cycling experience. Reviewers consistently praise the high quality of the product and the excellent service received. However, some customers experienced issues with the provided screws, noting they can strip easily or don't stay tight, requiring the use of stronger thread lock or suggesting hex screws as an alternative. A few people also mentioned that the added thickness of the adapters caused cleats to touch the ground, and one reviewer did not like the cleat position being so far back.

Good product, no fitting instructions.

Product is very good, the delivery and service was good the only negative for me was the absence of any fitting instructions. So it took a bit of searching round and trial and error to eventually get them fitted.

Great, But…

The idea is amazing and personally it really helped me with my metatarsalgia.
But there are few things I wish were different.

1. The screws provided with the adapter are Phillips screws and they strip pretty easily, especially considering the tourqe needed to tighten them properly. I would definitely prefer hex screws instead of Phillips, ideally high quality fasteners that can handle the required torque without stripping.

2. The thread lock that is on the screws is not enough to hold the screws in place (the adapter came loose on me mid ride) ended up using a proper liquid thread lock.
I know some companies give you a little tube of liquid thread lock.

3. As a result of the added thickness, the cleats touch the ground which is not ideal with spd.
I Wouldn’t make it any slimmer, but maybe an elevated rubber platform can prevent the cleats from touching the ground.

4. The tolerance between the 3d print and the adapter is really big, even though the pressure is enough to hold it in place it can still move around a bit within the space between the two parts. Haven’t had any problems with that, other than being annoyed by it.

All in all a great product!
And I would love to see a new version, that implements solutions for the things I noticed.

No more knee pain

For the last 18 months I have been experiencing knee pain particularly when cycling over 40 miles. I changed shoes, adjusted cleats and saddle position but nothing worked. I have been using the mid foot adapter for six weeks now and my knee pain has gone. I have set them to the halfway position, so not fully mid foot. Within a week my knee pain had gone.

get in contact with your costumers, respect them.

This is my third communication regarding Order #12352 (placed October 5, 2025), which has been formally cancelled due to non-delivery and the expiry of the deadline set in my previous emails (October 15)

To date, I have received no response whatsoever to any of my written inquiries. Furthermore, I have received no answer when attempting to contact your company via the official published customer service telephone number.

The total silence and failure to respond via both email and telephone is commercially unacceptable and constitutes a serious breach of commercial good faith and communication obligations.
