After purchasing lake cycling shoes I found that the cleat position wasn’t far enough back. So after purchasing the shimano cleat extension plate I was able to find my preferred cleat position and eliminate some foot pain that I had from the new shoes. Quality product for not a lot of money. Very happy

Honestly the best move I've made when it comes to setting up my position on the bike in 25 years of cycling.
Mid-Foot mounting is a game changer and should be more widely educated and adopted in the bike fitting world.
I'm more comfortable on the bike. I suffer less issue with sore joints and my muscles are more engaged.
My recovery is also better as it's muscular rather than joint impact now.

I had a very bad experience with this store. I tried to make a return and it was completely impossible. I was never able to get in touch with anyone, despite writing to several email addresses and sending direct messages via Facebook and WhatsApp. I didn’t receive a response through any channel. The complete lack of customer service is extremely disrespectful. I won’t be buying here again and I do not recommend it.

The mid foot clamps are a game chancer for people, who have short but wide feet! I have had a lot of problems with numbing feelings in my toes, since I couldn’t adjust my regular clamps long enough back on the shoesole. So this is highly recommendable! Thank you.

The product arrived quickly and was easy to install

The product itself is really good, but I didn't like position of the cleats being so far back.

I have read and watch many videos about the advantage of moving your cleats back, and that is how I found out about Mid Foot Cycling and I am really glad I did. By the way I am left field so I have a magped cleat system and it works great with the Mid Foot Cycling plate with a Lake shoe.

Never received an order. Tried to contact via email, no reply. It's been a month now since the order was placed.

Purchased Shimano spd spin2 adapters from Fitkitsystems.com in US. Were not available on Amazon. I have had severe midfoot pain in one foot from a failed surgery. I was miserable riding my bike ..constantly having to stop to remove my foot from my shoe to stop the pain. I’ve ridden 100 miles so far w this adapter and I’m pleased to say the pain is GONE !!!!
I wish I had bought this sooner.
