Received my divan ,4 bed gliders was in…
Received my divan ,4 bed gliders was inside ,needed eight .I ordered end draws ,received side drawers ,drawers are falling to bit
They said they will post the 4 gliders.(we will see)
Need the bottom half of divan replacing as it won't last,just all falling to bits

Delivery was cancelled 2 hours in to 3…
Delivery was cancelled 2 hours in to 3 hour window. Had to chase for a new delivery date which was 1 week later (more from my efforts than theirs). Quality of divan set is very poor. Chipboard and staples! We have had to glue drawers back together. We had
to assemble and fit the headboard with no instructions. I am not sure the bed will last for the promised 5 year warranty. Very disappointed

Very Happy with the overall ordering…
Very Happy with the overall ordering apart from a last minute cancellation of delivery from the delivery company. However bed was delivered the following day and taken to the bedroom by 2 delivery men.
Bed is perfect very easy to put together and drawers slide very smoothly. Lovely velvet finish with good height headboard. Will definitely be ordering for another bedroom.

not good service
The bed is much lower then i thought it would be also it is poor matreial iv had to bang in a few staples that were coming away from the fabric and you can see the join of the fabric on the side of the bed.
I asked for fabric samples i never recieved any.
also it took 3 emails to get any response to change the headboard on the order i did ring and was told i would recieve a email with confirmation i had to chase this up nuremous times.
The delivery did not ring before they arrived to say they were on there way.lucky there was an email on the day before so was able to track them though that.
The drivers snapped the old headboard and ottoman pistons of the old bed instead of unscrewing the bolts so had to pick up sharp bits of wood from the old headboard from the floor .

I purchased a Midas side opening divan…
I purchased a Midas side opening divan and headboard I paid for assembly which occurred yesterday evening. The two men left after assembling the divan and today upon opening it I cannot close it even trying to put all my 8 stone weight on the top it will not close. I am left without a bed to sleep on and just constant voicemail in their contact number. I have also emailed them but no reply as of 1pm.
Absolutely disgusted I have been left like this and a divan that will not close at all so wide open and I cannot even use the bed.
Update
The manager Alum contacted me after seeing this review on the day I left it. He asked if he could help and explained a few facts. The pistons bearing load for a light memory foam only needs 40kg but I have 60kg so he has arranged for a delivery team to replace the pistons which they have completed today bank holiday Monday. Alum was very informative and proceeded to inform me that a side opening divan should be against a wall. My bed is central to the room with free sides so he said he could change it for a bottom opening if I struggle with the mattress falling off the divan base every time I open the bed.
I did consult with David a member of staff before purchase and none of the above was mentioned or even asked.
The manager Alum has been extremely helpful and I have amended my review accordingly. The two men who changed the pistons today were extremely helpful and made sure I could close the bed before leaving unlike the first assembly team who did not seem to care at all. The delivery assembly team are a separate courier delivery company called V1 .
