Bed base
The bed base was delivered fine however there was a small scuff mark on the corner of one side. Which I’m not too pleased about - otherwise the bed base is nice the storage underneath is good. I have knocked off 1 star due to the scuff mark. Delivery was good the guys were lovely

Very quick delivery
Very quick delivery. The two young men who delivered the divan were very nice and polite. The divan is excellent quality, very well made. Resolved a small issue within hours. Customer service 100%. I would highly recommend Midas without doubt.

Friendly service, they took the mattress to my room very quickly and efficiently without damamging my freshly painted walls. They also didn’t mind removing shoes since I had new carpet put in. Excellent experience and very happy with my purchase

Really not going to lie , I was sceptical at 1st , I looked up reviews seemed genuine. Ordered, 2 bedds 2 headboards. One headboard was missing on delivery, was asked by the delivery driver to contact midas beds , I did , super apologetic over the phone and missing item was send that day. Be careful of this company
Ordered double lift ottoman bed matress headboard installation and old bed taken away from midas beds
V1 delivered installed and just after they went the ottoman wouldnt come down reported it to customer services says apply pressure still didnt come down they sent V1 again they said it was faulty 6.5.26 couldnt use it offered replacement or refund opted for refund which was in bank on 15.5.26 still waiting for faulty bed to be dismantled and collected as of today 28.5.26 thats 22 days of sleeping on sofa and counting sent loads of emails phone calls photo etc to customer service

I cant understand that midas did not know the faulty bed hadnt been collected (as they state in their response to my original review) as stated previous since receipt of refund i have sent numerous emails and a couple of phone calls to request collection of this bed and i did receive replies stating they would look into this matter and expedite collection it has taken them over 14days since refund issued
Anyway bed gone now and im sure anyone reading this review and response will come to their own conclusions

Firstly, we are very sorry for the experience you’ve had and for the inconvenience this situation has caused you.
We arranged for V1, our logistics and installation partner, to collect the faulty bed after your refund was processed, and until seeing your review today we were not aware this collection had still not taken place. We completely understand your frustration, especially after being without a bed for such a long time.
Now that this has been brought to our attention, we are escalating this urgently with V1 and pushing for the bed to be dismantled and collected as a priority. A member of our team will also continue to monitor this until it has been fully resolved.
Again, we sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
