Initially I ordered the divan base for my son as his bed broke and he was sleeping on a mattress on the floor and when enquiring about a delivery slot the response I received was exactly the same as what was in the confirmation email which is not what I asked but after a few back and forth emails and phone calls I was informed their delivery service would be in touch by the end of the day and they were and arranged a delivery date meanwhile I was a little frustrated at the lack of communication so I did complain to them and stated it wasn’t acceptable and so they refunded me £40 as a gesture of good will and an apology for the delay in responding which I was more than happy with considering the divan was only £149 to start with so the discount they offered was more than fair they apologised repeatedly and issued the refund
There were a few hiccups to begin with but these were all resolved very quickly unlike other merchants I’ve ordered from that sent the wrong bed and then refused to answer my calls
This company have good quality beds a wide range of colour and fabric choices their prices are the lowest I’ve seen so was a bit sceptical Is this a scam website is the bed going to poorly made but there was none of this which put my mind at rest (as I’ve been ripped off in the past)
All in all a fantastic company offering good quality beds and mattresses plenty of variety and dealt with my complaint quickly and efficiently and rectified the issue immediately
I would definitely recommend these to friends and family and I’m even getting another bed from them for myself in due course

Midas delivery was reasonably quick
Midas delivery was reasonably quick. The delivery company communication was very good with regular updates and the two delivery guys were friendly and professional. Ordering was easy.
I had an issue with the product that was dealt with by David . He responded quickly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction. Midas definitely upheld their promise to resolve any concerns a customer may have. Placing the customer first is laudable, and much appreciated.

A very good product and value for the money
We were very pleased with the efficiency in which our order was dealt with. Delivery was prompt and on time. Our bed arrived in perfect condition. It was exceptionally well packed for travel. It was very easy to assemble, drawers were of goodquality and we were very pleased with it. The only concern is with the free headboard. Once it is attached to the base the mattress extends over the end of the base. It is also very wobbly and hits the wall even although it is security attached to the base. We are considering purchasing a free -standing headboard as we feel this may solve the problem.

Definitely worth the price

Feel like I’ve been scammed.
Product listings are very misleading. I was lead to believe that the bed came with a headboard. It very much looked like one was included as it said “free 20” strutted headboard”
After it came with no headboard my only options were to buy a headboard for a further £109 or to pay £50 for a refund.
Feels like I’ve been scammed.
Bed quality is average at best. But probably what I would have expected for the he price if a headboard was included.

Average quality, exposed staples & wrong headboard…
Ordered a bed & matching headboard on 13th April. Left a note to ask for delivery for Friday but didn’t hear anything back, but called up and they said it would be this week.
Got a text on Tuesday to say it was to be delivered Wednesday, to which it was in the timing they provided.
Sold as room of choice delivery, but left in porch and when asked if they can take upstairs they just said “no, sorry” and left. No reason given as to why?
Staples are sticking out on the bed frame. Quality of the bed is ok. Seems like wood pieces and fabric attached to it.
Main issue is that the headboard doesn’t even fit the bed and looks like a small-double headboard to me.
I’ve sent an email to their team on their support email with a photo of the headboard. Awaiting a response to see what is gonna be done because returning the bed after being put together and waiting over a week makes me feel like settling for it at this point and covering the staples with the mattress.
Definitely need the correct headboard as it looks entirely wrong.

Disappointing
Delivery company would only deliver the bed at 6am requiring us to confirm at 5:30am.
When bed arrived there were staples sticking out and we were unable to attach the feet as the holes are blocked with bits of wood. Doesn’t feel strong.
