poor quality bed and uncomfortable delivery. The delivery man tried to take my phone and force me to write a positive review. I found this unsettling as I am a woman who lives alone. The bed is really poor quality When I've contacted the company to request that they collect the bed and provide a refund, my emails have been ignored. I do wonder if this is to overrun the refund timeframe and avoid giving me my money back. This experience has been horrible.
I already emailed the support team but got no reply. My order number is ~4836. I also think it's disgusting that I have to pay £50 for the item to be collected and worse, I now have no bed to sleep on

Fast efficient service, good quality, great communication from start to finish.Had specific requests for delivery to a remote site on a Saturday and the delivery service was top notch, they adjusted the schedule to our needs and we were updated from start to finish, meaning waiting in for delivery could not of been any more stress free.

Lovely bed
Lovely bed, good quality and built well. Very happy with my purchase! Only thing was one of the screws for the headboard was missing which was a bit of a pain, but we managed to come up with a solution. This company also kept me updated throughout the process and the delivery company it was passed onto was excellent.

A wrong bed was sent
A wrong bed was sent, than, the wrong colour was sent. But after a week of waiting for the right bed, all was well! It was worth waiting as it's great bed. The wood is weak ( very thin ) as I made a whole kneeling on it but what do you expect for £150!

Ordered a bed and headboard. I called to see if I could arrange next day delivery. They gave me their delivery company details. That wasn’t possible but they explained why. All very polite and helpful.
The bed came within a few days anyway. Helpful delivery guys.
